Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: His mane and tail are both a soft wheat color. His mane is short and slicked back though is slightly wind ruffled, and his tail is short with a natural wave to it that his mane lacks. On his cheeks under his eye are three white freckles.

Physique: Breve is a very well toned Stallion, with a slightly buff physic, strong legs, and back from years of working out and cart pulling.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a sprig of two green coffee beans, one of the beans is cracked and coming out of it is a leaf and a little bit of green stem.

Origin/Residence: Born and raised in Solistic Heights.

Occupation: Coffee Farmer, and salesman.

Motivation: To bring awakeness and energy to world weary Ponies, and to open their eyes to the interesting flavors in the world around them.

Likes: Breve likes many things, some of them including home grown and home made items, especially food and gifts, he has a fondness for a well brewed cup of coffee OR Tea, and really can’t resist a perfectly blended Strawberry Pineapple Mint Smoothie.

Dislikes: Breve is not a fan of “Decafe” He thinks that that can go straight to the moon if you please…

Character Summary: Breve was born on a small coffee plantation in Solistic Heights that prided itself in each family member making their own unique tasting coffee and making a living off of it, His father Espresso Shot had a wonderful sharp blend that had tones of Cider wood and Pears, His Mother Latte Creama Had a light blend that sang on the tongue with hints of Strawberry and wine… They achieved these flavors and blends by using specific composts and spending a good deal of time nurturing the beans from seed to cup.

As a foal Breve trotted at his parents heels learning the ins and out of the family business, this took place after school and did eat up a good deal of his free time so Breve didn’t have a ton of friends growing up, but the ones he did have he remains close to this very day, he had always been taught that Quality not Quantity was what mattered anyways… Well One day they noticed one of the plants that hadn’t even bore beans yet was drooped and looked all but dead, Espresso Shot wanted to up root it and pitch it since a dead plant was useless! But Breve felt a connection to the small plant on deaths door and pleaded with his father to give him a chance at bringing it back to health, Espresso not able to resist such an earnest plea nodded and gave his son his request.

You never saw such undying devotion to a plant in all of your life with the way that Breve fussed over that little coffee plant. Hours upon Hours were spent tending to the soil around it, giving it water, preventing weeds from even thinking of sprouting, and the love and care going into it’s compost, mostly consisting of Mint and a flower that smelled of carmel.

It took some time but the plant thrived due to the love and attention, and the beans it produced were beautiful, His father was so proud of his son and his dedication that he told Breve that this was to be his own unique blend, Breve was the youngest of the family to earn his own unique coffee plant and he beamed, so thrilled with this news that he didn’t even notice the cutie mark that had formed on his flank.

Breve now a days works his own Section of the family farm, tending to his unique beans that received identical care to the first plant so that they always had a consistent flavor , His own home is converted into a coffee store as well as his home, him living in the top and his store being on the bottom…Technically it’s his fathers store that Breve was given charge of when he became of age but eh technicalities!

There is a Large Coffee Roaster Machine On the property that is in the same building as the Coffee Grinder which is a large windmill very similar to one used for wheat but modified for coffee .

Overall Breve is a very kind and devoted pony, that once he has his sights set on something it becomes his prime directive, unfortunately he also suffers extreme tunnel vision because of this and other tasks deemed not important can fall to the way-side. He is a romantic at heart; and tends to shower his friends and loved ones with affection , though tends to overdo it and can be a wee bit smothering at times.

Breve’s coffee blend is slightly acidic with tones of Mint and Carmel to it, and is brilliant piping hot in a French Press, or served chilled over Ice with a dash of cream! Do stop by and have a cup
