Which is why not a lot of bad ponies and others such are around. Of course, he isn't the only one doing the job. Where he is now, well... he sets up camp around a lot, so you wouldn't know his exact location.Motivation: He had his cutie mark after he had a private meeting with Princess Celestia. Their subject was about what he was going to do for life, he made his decision, and that was by working for the royal families. When he had it was after he captured his first criminal, named Concrete Breaker.This cutie mark means what he is and has:Clouds: A Pegasus;Lightning bolt: Has genetic abilities of electricity and controllable lightning from weather;Atom: Another genetic ability he has is being able to make energy and manipulate it into colors, sizes and shapes.Likes: Cookies(Not tempted by it!), flying, doing tricks(Somewhere secret), Princess Luna(Not romantically), fun jokes, and teasing big bullies.Dislikes: Liars, ponies making hoaxes, someone trying to remove his concealment of identity.
