All right, so I counted all the hex votes. I flipped a coin for Fluttershy, because she was tied, and she gets a power-up! I swear, she legitimately gets it.

Power-Up this round:

A Slice of the MMMM: This will heal the pony 20 HP. If this pushes the pony to a value beyond its maximum health, that becomes its new maximum health. (Ex. Fluttershy receives this power-up at 40 HP. She is healed 20 and now has a new maximum health of 60 HP)

Sorry for being insistent about it all the time. I just kind of want to make sure all the votes get counted so it stays fair.

And yeah, it seems more fair to me at least for the hex and powerup votes just to cancel each other out, so in the case of a tie the character gets neither effect. I guess that's up to you though.
