    For some reason, I got another negative case note. I'm getting a little upset with this. Never had a single negative case note for a full year until just recently. ._.

      Basically a note that goes on my student record. As a result, I can't leave campus at all. No recreational trips, no weekends home, trapped.

      You should ask about it. If there was a mistake, you could get it lifted... at least that would be sensible to do if it was a mistake. If it wasn't a mistake, at least you know why you got the negative case.
