A couple of years ago I got bored in school and drew Foxy the pirate, for some reason. I guess I had been watching Game Theory at the time. It turned out pretty cool, but that's the last time I drew something. :I

Me too. I've thought about getting a drawing tablet, though would be terrible to begin with, and it'd probably be best to start practicing on paper first. Something I'd like to try eventually. :I

Well, the Xanatos Gambit and Chekhov's Gun are handy plot devices, but I don't feel like they apply to this thread very easily. To me, more fitting tropes for getting characters to appear in the same place would have to be the Contrived Coincidence and the Theory of Narrative Causality.
