SInce I'm making her OC app (for me), Mended Heart, I showed my best friend the first few stuff I added, like the appearance. She likes it. Then, I have told her about Mended Heart being a romance novelist. She totally likes the idea. In short, she's liking it! So this is my legit first introduction to her of canterlot.com! She has been on community forums, I've seen, but hmmm... a roleplay site? Nah. On facebook we, hopefully, were joking about her joining the site. She's not a brony/fan of MLP, just a mere friend who just sucks in the bits of knowledge I present in school. I'm not sure if she is a roleplayer deep down in her heart.... She even got the wrong idea of roleplay. *facehoof* Oh well, she once worked on an unfinished story. That might be ok.... Hopefully she was joking. I mean honestly I find it weird that a person I know being on a site like this. Maybe since I have been the only one ever in my age group/class who has ever done this stuff, I just get used to be me the only one! Meh. If she does, I hope she doesn't bring her creeper self. D:

The camp director took the team of staff to the back of the stage. The group walked and talked until they stopped and turned to the director who gave the directions. Floods of campers filled the seats ready for the introduction. [colour=#ff0000]"So I'll give the introduction of camp and each one of you guys afterwards introduce yourselves, where you are from, and what job you have as a staff member sounds fair?"[/colour] "Yes!" Jigsaw nodded with approval. Along with that Spin Art nodded wildly. Jigsaw glanced over her shoulder and gave her an odd look. Spin then slowly nodded. "So... where are you from?" Spin began very slowly, since her introduction didn't give a lasting effect on Jigsaw. Hopefully, this tone of voice won't growl up a fight. Jigsaw looked back to her. "Really I used to live in Ponyville, but until then I study at Stalliongrad University. But suddenly my family moved to Canterlot since my mum found a great job and so my little brother can study hard!" This made Jigsaw's eyes enlighten with happiness and joy. In her mind she can imagine the little mustard yellow colt making toys along with her dad. His happy face, then made her sad, but she hid it quickly before Spin Art saw. She was already missing her brother. Why didn't he come to camp this year? "Yeah, confusing. But where are you from?" "Cloudsdale. In short, I lived there my whole life!" Spin Art lightly chuckled, holding back her wildness. "Do you have any siblings?" Jigsaw wondered. Maybe, just maybe, babysit her sibling! But that family member could be just like her.... Nevermind.... "No... I live with my mum." "Dad?" "Uhhh...." Spin curled her ears. "He disappeared when I was little-" "Sorry to hear that." Jigsaw added. "Oh it's fine!" Spin gave her a little smile. "He's probably in the Wonderbolts or something. Someday, I'll be just like him so I can find him or be really famous so he can see me!" "Waaaiiittt....." Jigsaw slowly started. "You're dad is a Wonderbolt? Which one?" Jigsaw wasn't a fan of the Wonderbolts, but surely they were fantastic flyers! "Speed Cloud." "Huh, never heard of him before." Jigsaw sighed. Have fun, never cross the fillies side and the colts side of cabins, and never go by the lake alone! We can all do that right? Now behind this stage are very cool ponies and griffons who make this camp amazing! You guys can come out! And what these guys are going to do, they are going to introduce themselves!"[/colour] All of the staff streamed out behind the curtains. Spin Art surged into stage fright. Jigsaw didn't want to go first, but she had to do so anyways. "Hi everypony!" She gave her best smile. "I'm Jigsaw, I'm from.... ah...." She couldn't decide from the three places she mentioned to Spin so she went with, "Stalliongrad! And I am a fillies counselor!" She kicked Spin and gave her a mocking look. "Your turn!" She hissed behind laughter. "Uhm." Spin stuttered. "Heya! I'm Spin Art and I'm from Cloudsdale! Hehehe.... And I am your art instructor!"

Today I went into Hot Topic and there was MLP merch right in the entrance, I began screaming "PONY MERCH!" There was this cute Derpy sling tote bag-a-ma-bob that I really liked. I kinda want to revamp my school lanyard with the pony one. There was the comic book with Trixie and the Ursa Major, (the latest one?) and I want to read it! I mean I haven't even touched the series yet! My mum is against me buying a lot of pony merch honestly.... Then across the store was Build-A-Bear. After reading EqD's post of RD and Pinkie being the plushies, I really wanted to see them! They weren't selling them but they were sitting behind the checkout counter. I began pointing at it behind the staff and I was so sure that they were thinking I was crazy..... (tl;dr) I really want some money....

At first, I thought you were friends with Phil the Time Wizard on FB. O.o Unless.....

It's been awhile since I have been roleplaying before I came to Canterlot. These sites are my first sites I've joined for the roleplay and community for all my life. StarFox-Online (I was into that just because. I haven't played a single game! D:) http://www.starfox-online.net/index Camp Half-Blood (A Percy Jackson mostly RP site) http://www.camphalfblood.org/ I totally forgot the name of this furry site I joined once.... I tried Soul Eater roleplay, but the site wasn't active..... Hogwarts Extreme (Harry Potter Role Play: http://www.hexrpg.com/ This is like a legit roleplay site! They ask you a brief personality thing that sorts you into a house. Then they have really awesome navigation to threads and stuff. They even have wizard "classes" with the books and everything. ERMAGERD. So cool. But then I dropped out. Canterlot Community and RolePlay (An awesome site with great staff and other users. FOR DEM PONY LOVERS.) http://www.canterlot.com I am not sure what contents these sites I listed hold. I'm defintely sure that there isn't a whole lot of badsies since these sites, I remember, had good rules (honestly). Oh but that sixth one, STRONGLY not for youngsters! But for realz beware! I don't remember why I started to roleplay. It was maybe I was just sucked in. Then I began to join other sites that had the same interests as me. This was probably a 2-3 year period of RP'ing. But roleplay for my experience increased my passion for imagination and writing. I guess I could say writing is some interest/hobby I hold. Or maybe roleplaying and writing are both the same level on my interest list. .... Yeah roleplaying's a hobby..... Hm. Then there's the community behind along with it. I stalk on by just to hear what others are saying then add my thoughts. The other users become my internet buddies and we all fun here and there. Thank you guys for being awesome to sum it up. You guys are probably the reason why I am able to relate my pony thoughts and art without others being so confused and label me "pony freak" and "ponies all the time." (Maybeeee.... ) Aaand the reason I'm not on Facebook all the time when I'm on the comp. So now, I revisit the sites and see how's it going, who's on, and who's who! Err.... Roleplay Type: WoE Name: Mended Heart (Sparkles) Sex: Female Age: Young mare (may act like a filly at times) Species: Unicorn Eye colour: Neon green, it doesn't glow but it is a bright lime green. Coat: A rather odd kind of gray. It's like a murky dark colour after many uses of paint water. But in short, it looks like a really dark gray. Sometimes she wears a white cat beret with ears. Mane/Tail: Carnation pink. Her mane has a punk-ish style to it. Her bangs covers her forehead and sweeps diagonally to the right when looking at her face. Her tail is similar. Tail is straight and in many layers. Physique: Average sized pony by weight. But she is taller than the average pony. Residence: Canterlot Occupation: Romance novelist Cutie Mark: Mended Heart was a late bloomer unlike her class. She got her cutie mark in her mid filly years. That made everypony have the urge to laugh at her and tease her about it. There's this one stallion Sparkles really liked, but was much older. He was her good friend also. But the problem was he liked some other mare of his age. Mended Heart was heartbroken. But one day as they were hanging out, he asked what should he do to ask her? Mended suggested getting her favorite flowers and just be kind to her. So he did. That worked so the two were in a relationship. As long as Mended Hearts' friend was happy, she is happy no matter if he was with somepony else. One day the two broke up. He went up to Mended Heart and told her everything. Clearly in the relationship there was a misunderstanding. Mended Heart said just to tell her what was going on. Suddenly the mare appeared to both of them, and Sparkle's friend told her everything. Everything got together and the misunderstanding were understood. This made Sparkles really happy, then she felt something different. The two couples saw her cutie mark: two broken pieces of a heart mended together. History: After a tragic death to her dad, Mended Heart lived with her mum and her two older siblings, brother and sister, in Canterlot. To this day she deeply misses her dad. It was very hard for her family since they didn't have enough money but they managed through. Mended Heart was able to go to school, but at that time everyone made fun of her because she was poor and began calling her names. So she had a few friends. She even had a crush on him, (as in the cutie mark story). As school went on she was able to learn and go through school drama. She was able to write and make stories for her classmates. Then some of her friends were skateboarding one day and she wanted to try! She eventually got better at skateboarding. Mended Heart also tried to enter many contests in school, but mostly won in third place. She tried her best during her filly years. She didn't get the best grades, but tolerable enough. When Mended Heart was able to take care of herself and was responsible, she lived in her own house. To this day she lives by herself in Canterlot writing love stories to those who want to waste their time. She started out with a small story that became grand in her mind. She sent it to many publishers but they denied it until one company loved it. More than several ponies loved it, even the Canterlot newspapers did an article on it and once everpony had laid eyes on it, they wanted to read it. Mostly everypony loved it. The book was called Pony Falls. Hopefully, she finds an important somepony and live with him forever and maybe a better life than before. Character Summary: Mended Heart received the nickname "Sparkles" from her mum. When she was born, she was born under the twinkling stars and moon. The light reflected off of the gooey mess that gave her the look of sparkly. She hasn't known that by now, but her mum keeps that a secret. She honestly gets really annoyed when her siblings make fun of her nickname, because they know the reason behind it so there's a reason to laugh about it. Mended Heart has many talents ranging from a person who knows who's the right somepony and how to deal with them to photography and to writing. Photography is just her hobby that passes the time. Being the love doctor helps her friends or others, she does this for free and does it for those who ask. But she's good at it. Her writing skills, well she needs the skill the most to live off her mortgage, survival, and for her mum. Her goal in life is that there's somepony out there that wasn't hit by some carriage. She is on a journey to find him! She dreams that she lives in a mansion with him and have children with him. Pretty much have a good life. The reason she wants a guy in her life is because she is searching for a man in her life since her dad died. She also wants to find the greatest friends who will understand her and love her no matter who she is. Even if she claims lies about herself, they will be there. Mended Heart loves a lot of things quite frankly. It ranges to ice cream (or anything sweet) to cats and to skateboarding. Skateboarding? Yes. Can't a mare like thrills? Oh and when it comes to stallions, she absolutely loves them! (If they are attractive of course). She loves the cool, rainy days after the hot sun. She also likes to bake and loves rock music. She also tends to dislike things also. She hates being tickled, ponies knowing her past, large crowds of ponies, and... Mondays. Mended Heart is a pony who tends to be shy and socially awkward when it comes to ponies she doesn't know yet. But attractive stallions? She's flirting with them no matter who they are unless they're married. But once you get to know her she is a rambunctious mare to the point where she acts "cute" or like as a filly. She might act like an airhead sometimes. Some say she acts like a tomboy, some say she acts like a posh unicorn. She is both depending on the situation. When she is mad, she becomes a bit rampant. When she is sad, she hides in her room and becomes negative. One thing that it notable is that she is very negative on things. Always finding the bad and stays with it. What makes her so special as a friend? She is kind since being kind is the right thing to do. Her loyalty to her friends are unbreakable especially those who are really close, she knows that they too are special to her and they're hers! Somewhat selfish but she might share. If she shares you her past, she really trusts you. Honest? Depending on the situation. She's a bad liar, if she is lying she will laugh nervously. She fears that the world is about to end after a horrible situation, nobody cares about her, and her dearest to her getting hurt. Additional: Mended Heart has a pet cat. Her name is Shimmer and has a gray coat. She's there to help her with her issues and gets annoyed by Mended Heart a lot of the times. It is a random gag that she "teleports" from random objects. i.e She randomly pops out of boxes. "Hey I found you! Oh-mi-gosh guess what!?" Talks in a high pitched voice. Very odd to think about because she looks like she can have a deeper voice than her usual.

Three Cloud and his family were visiting Ponyville once again. Jigsaw was on her school break so everypony was here! Hopefully everypony remembers them, but of course there were so many ponies they maybe haven't met. "Now Clouds." Jigsaw, the dark blue mare, turned to her little mustard yellow brother. "Stay here. Mum, Dad, and I are going to go shopping for groceries. Why not play with the other foals over there? Clouds looked at the group and froze. Meeting other ponies scared him, he didn't want to act like a fool in front of them. "Go on now! We'll see you later!" The family left him standing there as an ice cube. Celestia help me! He thought and kept standing there awkwardly. So awkwardly that he stood where everypony could see him and not be able to miss him. He stood there for a while.....
