Okay...I had no idea this con existed and now I can't imagine not going someday. XD I completely lost it when I saw the last video. You'd be crazy not to shuffle along with Discord. ^^ And I loved hearing the bronies talk about their favorite ponies! It makes me so happy as a girl to know there are so many guys who have the same level of love for MLP that I do.

I agree with everything everypony else has been saying to this point. The whole thing felt so rushed, unlike Part 1, where they took all the time in the world to explain the past skirmish with Discord. It was so hard to see Twilight turn gray, and I almost got teary when Spike was hurting from all the letters. T^T The defeat of Discord was disappointing. I would've very much liked to see a cliffhanger ending instead. For example, two of the ponies have a little argument over something they did in their gray states and a chip of stone breaks off of the statue. *shivers* Ooh, now THAT would've left me more pumped for the rest of the season. Favorite line: "MINE!!!" Favorite scene: Pinkie drinking the chocolate milk rain and then growling. Almost cried when: Twilight turned gray. *sniffle* Least fav scene: Discord's defeat. *boooo* Favorite chaos: Drinking the glass instead of the milk? That one kinda freaked my mind.

On me, Poison Joke would probably affect my drawing to where every picture would look like I drew it with my foot. On Savory Spell, it would impair her cooking to where she either couldn't read directions properly or put in inedible ingredients. What would be funnier though, is that Savory usually keeps her thoughts to herself for hers and others' sakes, so the poison joke could act like a truth serum and cause her to blurt out everything she's thinking. *taps chin* I should totally draw that! Possible scenario: *at Ambrosia Winds* Savory: Here you are, girls. Enjoy! Twilight: Thank you, Savory. Applejack: Um...Savory? Correct me if ah'm wrong, but I heard tell ya'll ran into Discord in the Everfree Forest last week. Fluttershy: *gasps* I didn't know you met Discord! Savory: Yes, I barely got away from him before he could hypnotize me or do something worse. I was so afraid that I ran right back out of the forest and straight home. From what you told me about him, I was pretty lucky to only see him. Pinkie Pie: *said jokingly* He does look kinda cute, in a creepy, jumbled way when you think about it. Savory: *said a little louder than normal* You think so, too? *all the ponies fall silent* Savory: ..........*the reddest blush you can imagine* Oh dear, I think I hear my egg timer going off. *zooms back into the kitchen*

I was all over Spike in S1, but then Discord reared his magnificent horned head. Now I just don't know anymore...*shakes head frustratedly* I am aching for Part Two of 'Return of Harmony' to see what Discord'll do next. ^^

Ai ya...don't get me started. I know exactly where everypony is coming from. It all started with me doing something stupid, and I have been struggling with anxiety ever since. There was a point in time, not too long ago, where my depression got really bad and I would constantly fight with myself over what I have to live for. I'm 22, overweight, still don't have a license, no job, no college, nuthin'. I am working on going into the military, because I feel it would give me the kick in the pants I need to get my life started. Because I really don't like having to live off my parents' money and not be able to spend any of it on myself for reasons other than the essentials. What I do instead is draw. Drawing has done so much for me over the years. It's kept me busy, I love the ideas I get, and I am a lot more focused on improving my style than I have ever been. That, and a little chocolate can't hurt, either. ^^ I also know that I never, EVER turned to drugs or alcohol to ignore the symptoms. It's not worth the added stress of forgetting pills or the liver disease.

Savory had been keeping a good pace since she left the starting line, not too far ahead, not too far behind. So, she decided to slow down to a trot and take in the various shimmering colors of the fall leaves on the trees around her. There were all sorts of reds, golds, and browns that it reminded her of her father Odysseus, who would take Savory for walks through the forest that encompassed her island home. "See the different colors, Savory? The elder ponies say that they turn every year to welcome the new harvest." "Really, Papa?" "Of course. They also say that if you see one of the leaves fall, you must follow it and plant a pumpkin seed where it lands." "So that's why there are so many big pumpkin patches in the fall! I can't wait to take one home and make pumpkin tarts!" "I'm sure they'll be delicious, dear daughter." A happy tear streaked down Savory's eye as she continued on her way. After about three minutes, she noticed that she was passing by Sweet Apple Acres, the home of the earth pony Applejack, who provided her with fresh apples for her recipes every other week. She knew that Applejack was running as well, along with her older brother. "Hm. I don't know if I'll be able to catch up to her, but I do want to talk to her later about my next order. Maybe some Honeycrisp apples this time..." And with that thought, Savory brought her pace up to a slow jog to see if she could spot Applejack or Big Macintosh along the way. Or maybe she would find the one whom she had been so close to kissing in her daydream. Savory's face flushed and she shook her head to clear her mind. "I'm sure I'll meet him soon enough, but I do have a race to finish," Savory said to herself, galloping off.

[OOC: Squee, so excited! My very first RP event!] "Ah, it's nice to get some time away from the cafe for a little while." Savory Spell stood at the painted starting line with dozens upon dozens of other ponies of all types, earth, pegasi, unicorns like herself, and even a few different creatures. Her tail swished with excitement as she gazed at the big black 24 taped around her abdomen. She was feeling pretty confident since 24 was her favorite number and she was wearing her lucky apron, which was embroidered with her cutie mark. Granted, Savory wasn't much of a galloper, but she had heard from several of her customers about last year's spat between Applejack and Rainbow Dash, so she decided to give it a try this year, hoping that she would see something interesting occur this time as well. She had also baked some healthy carrot and walnut muffins for the intermissions during the race last night for the competitors, because what good is running without carbohydrates? The smell coming off her cart sitting on the sidelines caused her own stomach to let out a tiny growl, making her blush lightly. "Hee hee...I hope no one else heard that." Hearing an announcement coming from somewhere above her, Savory tilted her head up and spotted an elaborate hot air balloon floating lazily in the bright blue sky. She had never seen one before, and the sight fascinated her, so much so that her mind drifted off in yet another daydream, the race already seeming miles away. Savory stood on her hind legs, her front hooves resting on the side of the woven basket as the balloon glided over several trees and a small creek. Her eyes were wide with amazement as she took in the scenery, when a figure came over and tapped her on the shoulder [or whatever the word is for horses' shoulders]. "So, how do you like the view, Savory?" The figure said, smiling at her innocent demeanor. "Oh -blank-, I just love it," Savory replied, the joy she was feeling apparent in her voice. "I never imagined that I would be able to fly without wings. Thank you so much for doing this." "Please, I was more than happy to do it." The figure said, walking up next to her. "Besides, I wouldn't want to do this with anyone else." Savory blushed as the figure drew closer to her. "Well...I-I..." "On your marks..." The figure placed a claw to her lips to quiet her. "My beautiful mare..." "Get set..." Savory's eyes fluttered shut as she leaned forward toward him. Just a few more inches... "Go!!" Savory let out a yelp as she snapped out of her dream and bolted out from the starting line onto the dirt path in front of her, almost skirting a few ponies before finally focusing on the run ahead. "Ugh...a fine time to have a daydream, even if it was pretty good." Blushing and smiling to herself, Savory continued to gallop forward, leaving the spectators and her muffin cart far behind.

Yep, I'd rather have a Milky Way or Three Musketeers. Can't wait for Halloween! ^^

I have to get the word out now. Do not try Hershey's Air Delight Chocolate bars. The texture dries out your tongue and it is not pleasant having dry mouth for a half hour. Blech. I'm not sure if it'll happen to everyone, depending on what you ate beforehand, but I just wanted to let you guys know.

Savory, now with all three ponies' dessert in hoof, made her way over to the table and laid down the plates on their tables. "Here you are. You can pay up at the front counter when you're done. I really appreciate you all coming to my cafe on opening day."

I want the status symbols back. I miss my 'blank flank' apples!

[OOC] Savory hummed to herself at the podium, glancing back at her three customers every now and then, until she heard Professor Krashkop calling out to her. Cantering over to him, she nodded her head as she heard the rest of his order. "Of course, professor. I'll get that out to you right away," she said, smiling. Pushing open the door to the kitchen, she gathered a full tray of dishes for the professor and retrieved the twins' dessert, when she smelled smoke coming from the dining area. Peeking out the window, her eyes widened when she saw that the professor's tail was on fire. Bursting through the door with a glass of water floating just above her head, Savory stopped when she saw that the twins had already put out the fire before she could even blink. "Oh my goodness! Are you all right, Professor?" she cried and thanked the twins for their quick thinking. Sighing with relief, Savory set down the glass she was carrying and went on, "That was impressive, you two. As thanks for saving a fellow customer and quite possibly, my restaurant, all of your baklava shall be on the house!" Nodding her head in approval, she made her way back to the kitchen to retrieve the dishes she had waiting.

[OOC] Savory waited patiently for the three pegasus ponies to decide on what they wanted while adjusting some flowers on a nearby table. She noticed the older green pegasus close his menu and made her way over to take his order. "An apple danish and coffee. Coming right up, sir," she said, smiling. Trotting over to the twin pegasi, whom she overheard their names were Hoss and Shanna, she waited for them to finish conversing with the older pegasus, who she then found out was a professor at Canterlot University, before she took their order. Ah, excellent choice. I love the moussaka, personally. It's my mother's recipe." Savory replied, jotting down the order on a notepad with her magic. "For drinks, I have a raspberry lemonade spritzer, which is fresh raspberry juice mixed with lemonade and soda water." Turning to the girl pegasus pony, she went on, "Wonderful. I'll have your orders out shortly." Making her way back to the kitchen, Savory levitated a plate from one of the cabinets and proceeded to obtain an apple danish from the warming trays stowed in the intentionally hot back room. "Things are going swimmingly already," she said to herself, grinning. "I'm glad that there's only a couple of ponies, though. Any more and I'd be kind of frazzled right now." Pouring coffee into a clean mug, she levitated the professor's order on a tray and re-entered the dining area. "There you are, professor. Please enjoy." Returning to the kitchen, Savory commenced to prepare the dolmades for Shanna's order. Steaming the rice just right, she gently mixed in the mint and parsley and wrapped the finished product in some grape leaves she had just washed and dried. After retrieving the rest of the dishes from the back room, Savory was pleased to see that the moussaka had reached the perfect consistency. She loaded the heavier dishes onto an ornate rolling cart and wheeled it out through the double doors. "The moussaka and a sampler for young Hoss, and here's your spritzer," Savory stated, carefully setting the plates and glass down on the table in front of the young male pegasus. "And the dolmades and sampler for Shanna. Here's your drink and please enjoy your meal." With a satisfied flick of her long black, white and teal-streaked tail, Savory beamed and once again took her position at the hostess' podium to await more customers. [OOC]

and FTW! They just have the most chemistry, and competitive types always turn out well. ^^

Dear city council, Why are there not enough streetlights in our town? I am not happy with almost crashing in the dark due to a lack of light. I mean, most of us do have functioning headlights, but a lot of times, they're not strong enough, plus they only illuminate the road in front of us, not either side of the street to make sure that we know where the hell we're going. I almost ended up in oncoming traffic because of your neglect. The same goes for you, homeowner's association. There's certainly not enough streetlights to light our way around the neighborhood. All we're doing right now is praying that enough houses have turned on their porch lights to be able to find the correct and safe way home. I don't think that you need to hear about more head-on collisions before you take some action.

As you may or may not know, I live in Maryland, and just yesterday afternoon, we had a 5.8 earthquake that originated from Virginia. We were in our house at the time, and we heard a loud noise that sounded like a really low-flying plane. Then the entire house started to shake and the floor felt like it was rolling under my feet. At first, I thought it was a sinkhole, but then the news later confirmed that we had, in fact, had an earthquake. Yikes...I'm just glad nothing got damaged or anyone got hurt. What about you guys? Did any of you fellow ponies and/or bronies out there feel it too?

Savory took her place at the hostess' podium, waiting with bated breath to greet her first customers. Well, maybe she was getting her hopes up a little, but she had worked all night to make sure everything was perfect. A few silent minutes passed and then a loud BANG shook the little building, causing an antique vase to wobble to where it was riding ever so tauntingly on the edge of its shelf. "Oh my! Grandmare's vase!" Savory quickly rushed over to the spot and nudged the vase back into place with her snout. Letting out a sigh of relief, she then turned her attention to what made that noise, when a green-hued male pegasus with white mane and thick glasses meandered in through the front door. "Guten Morgen, fraulein! I vish to dine at dis fine establishment. May I trouble you for a menu?" Savory's eyes lit up immediately upon seeing the older male pegasus. Her first customer of the day! "Ah, 'wilkommen', sir! Yes, please follow me and I'll bring one straight away!" Trotting back over to the podium, she snatched a menu with her teeth and made her way over to an empty table in the middle of the little dining area and gently placed the menu down on the surface. Hearing the bell jingle once more to announce another guest, Savory turned and noticed two young twin pegasi ponies enter the cafe. "Good day, Ma'am, we just saw another pegasus enter here and figured this must be a good place to eat. Is there anything you would recommend today?" Savory's brain took a minute to register that she had to take care of her new customers, for she couldn't believe how charmingly cute these two ponies were. Snapping out of her daze, she smiled and replied, "Hello, dears. Welcome to Ambrosia Winds. If you'll please follow me, I'll be happy to bring out a sampling of the dishes for today." Grabbing two more menus, she walked over to the table across from the older pegasus and set them down. "First off, the smell you're noticing is my homemade baklava, a popular dessert in my homeland. The main dishes, however, are moussaka, a potato and eggplant dish, and dolmades, grape leaves stuffed with rice, mint, and parsley." [OOC]

"Ah, the last batch is complete!" Savory Spell grabbed a yellow towel from the countertop, opening the oven door and carefully extracting a baking pan filled with sweet and steaming baklava. Setting it down on a cooling rack, she meandered out of the kitchen and gazed upon the dining area of her restaurant, Ambrosia Winds. I can't believe it's already opening day, she thought, smiling to herself. The pride she felt at this moment was unparalleled as she trotted up to the front door and turned the sign to OPEN in big, cursive purple letters. "Mama, Papa...I wish you two could see this." Savory said quietly, sniffling a little. Doing one final check of her surroundings to make sure everything was laid out and ready, she made her way out the front door and called, "Ponies and gentlecolts of all ages, if your stomachs rumble and quake, come to Ambrosia Winds to soothe your ache! Delicious exotic cuisine awaits!"
