  1. “Excuse me, miss.” Cerena jolted upright, head slamming against the bottom of the megascope, and sending her whirling briefly, "Owww...." She shook her head, long blond hair swishing at her feet, "Uh...I...uh..." “Isn't it a bit late? You should probably head home. I can call a guard to escort you, if you wish.” Cerena looked up and blinked, taken aback by the site before her. A very beautiful mare, looking a similar age to herself--guessed by her height--with a soft, deep blue coat, and pale periwinkle mane stood before her. She had quite the beautiful horn on her brow, along with two gracefully folded wings at her side. Wait...both?! Cerena was flabbergasted. That meant....she must be....she was...."OH MY GOODNESS!!! Um....oh! Um....a guard, yes....no, wait! No! Please, no...Uh...." She bowed, remembering her manners, "Your...highness...I....I would ask that...that you allow me to stay, please...." Her face tinged a soft crimson, "Y'see.....this...it's the first time I've ever gotten to use this scope, y'see....and....I'd just.....the moon is so pretty...."she suddenly realized how foalish she must have sounded, "That is, I--I'll go if you want me to....I mean, it's....yours, the whole castle is yours, of course!" She lowered her head, blushing darker and using her mane to cover up a portion of her face, "I'm so sorry...."
  2. Oh, thanks! n.n but I'm offering: Blossomforth, Lilly Blossom, Cheerilee--really, any gen 4 pony, for any of the ones that I need. I have a source for getting the ones that are harder to find. n.n
  3. If you can't locate one, I'd be willing to get one and trade for any of the following G4: Twilight Sparkle Applejack Lulu Luck Dewdrop Dazzle Cupcake :3 Also, this can be added to the trade list. I'm offering any of the harder to find ponies. I have a reliable source to get any of the harder to find ones. (Such as Cupcake, Dewdrop, Lulu Luck, Blossomforth, etc.) So, while I could just go by them for myself, I'd rather trade. The ones I do not have are listed. I also know of a place that still sells Cheerilee and Lily Blossom, and I know how hard they're getting to find. So...if anypony needs them....there are my desires. Also, I confirmed that those two were fakies, but I still can't find their exact source. And upon digging into an MLP collector's forum, nobody had ever seen the baby before.
  4. I see no reason why the Wonderbolts would HAVE to respond to the shadowbolts--it's not like the shadowbolts' ONLY mission in life would be to destroy the wonderbolts. There could also be competitions, airshows, guest appearances, and just general travel amongst themselves, without the Wbolts needing to respond. And of course there's the off-days, where the Sbolts can just be casually living their lives, or training, or eating, or shopping, or romancing. I honestly think that while they ARE a competition to the Wbolts, they are just players, as well. I feel the same about the Wbolts. I certainly hope that their characters are free to just go about their normal lives, and not just always be in competition, or performing. Sure, they love to fly and do tricks--but everypony gets sore wings once in awhile, and just wants to snooze on a cloud! or go shopping! or sit and have a meal! While the Sbolts will have the ulterior motive that the wbolts don't, I see no reason they should be treated any differently than them, or any other normal character.
  5. Gosh, if the shadowbolts were made legal, I would make one in a heartbeat. n.n So, here's to one potential team member. That being said, I'm holding off on the OC pegi I was about to write up to see what the decision is. :3 EDIT: Forgot to add. Great app!
  6. Sorry, Twi, I'm too busy partying with Pinkie, boasting with Trixie, and snuggling with Fluttershy.
  7. I'm up for it. Traditional or digital. I'm not confident enough yet with customizing ponies.
  8. any update on your report? did you do it? or...how did it go? Was it taken well?
  9. Holly's eyes brightened, and her pupils swelled wide, gleaming with joy, "The best...in...EQUESTRIA?!?!" She squeaked, and hopped up and down, her mane and tail bouncing as she did, "Oh, thank you thank you thank you thank you!!" She grinned widely at him, eyes wet with joy, "That's my dream, y'know. Someday I want everypony to know about my fruit--even the princess herself!" She turned away, lost in her own thoughts, and looked to the sky, daydreaming, "Someday all of Equestria--no no--the whole wide WORLD, even the places Zebras come from and the far away cities in the clouds--will all know of my fruit! And every wealthy pony on earth will want it served on their table! And then I'll have so many bits, and have a green house and....." She stopped herself, and looked back at the stallion, who seemed a bit at a loss, and with a sore flank, "Oh. I'm so sorry! I kind of went off into my own little world there." She smiled sheepishly, blushing a bit, "I'll uh...I'll get those stingers out for you, no problem." Her horn lit up with the yellow color of her magic, and then so did his flank. She blushed a little. Magic was sort of an extension of yourself, and right now...it was touching this stallion's rump. So....she was touching this stallion's rump. She did her best to quickly 'pluck pluck pluck' out the various stingers--there was surprisingly many, and she did not stop at just his flanks, but felt around on any skin where she could see the rosy hint of a sting. Finally satisfied, she released the magic hold on his rump, and realized with an embarrassed blush that she had had his rear end floating in the air. "Oh...sorry about that....I'm no nurse-pony, but I think I got all of them..." She rubbed one front leg with the hoof of the other awkwardly, "You could have asked, though. It's perfectly alright to ask for assistance if you need it."
  10. Bon Bon ran and ran for what seemed like forever. If her unicorn friend was following her, she did not even check. But her lungs burnt, and her legs quickly tired. She was a confectioner, and born into high society--running was definitely not a talent she possessed! But she was so embarassed...only one thing to do, she supposed. She could hear the clip clop of heels behind her, catching up rapidly. In her rush she had totally forgotten that her friend had one first place. She may not have been able to run, but she could sure jump! She had been in pony gymnastics when she was a little filly. She turned to the highest tree she could find, and rushed up to it, leaping up onto the lowest, thickest branch of its trunk, and scrabbling quickly into the the thick heart of the trees, all but disappearing in the thick branches. "B-Bonnie! Please wait!" Bon huddled down tighter, holding her breath as she heard her friend's hoofsteps get closer. She must have stopped when she no longer saw Bon Bon running in front of her. Bon Bon bit her lip, and then with a start noticed that the tip of her tail was stuck on a branch, and was slightly visible. She had not felt it because the branch was close enough that it hadn't jerked on her rump yet. She tugged lightly, as quietly as possible, but her tail was tangled to well. She felt angry. How dare this stupid branch grasp her mane and try to give away her position? How dare it! Her anger was irrational to say the least, fueled on by her embarassment and confusion, but it made her ill-focused. She tugged at her tail, gritting her teeth and wrapping her hooves around it, making a bit more noise than a normal pony who was trying to hide. She grunted in frustration and pulled harder, the branch bending as she leaned away from it. Her tail still trapped in its clutches, she put all her weight against the branch and---SNAAAAAPPP. "Wa...Wa..WAAAAAAAGH!!!!" *CRRSSSH* Bon fell in a heap into a thick bramble bush below the tree, the branch still in her curly tail. Holly was eagerly listening, ears perked at the compliment he was about to give her. Then, as he was sitting...he yelped. She was taken aback by it, initially, and her ears flattened against her head, lost as to why he suddenly screamed. "I forgot I had gotten stung a few times during the race. It's nothing to worry about." he said. "Oh.....I'm glad I was lucky enough to avoid them...." She muttered, honestly she was a little disappointed. She had thought she heard the word 'lovely' but she could not be certain, "If you'd like another, you're welcome to them." She set the basket down between them, and folded the handle down, "Really, have as many as you like. I'm happy to share with anypony who thinks my fruit are delicious!"
  11. uhhhhh....where the hay did everypony go??????? *is waiting to respond in Afterparty until somepony else--not Zephyr (sorry) responds.* srsly. wtc?
  12. Cerena sighed softly to herself as she watched the stallions and mares mill about the dark insides of the astronomy chamber. She was in a special astronomical study course here at the castle. One for older fillies and colts--young mares, like herself. Not children. It was an advanced course, and it took several attempted applications to get in, but she had finally been accepted. She had gone to all the day classes--memorized charts backwards and frontwards, learnt every square centimeter of the maps that charted the moons' topography. Yet, every time they came to the astronomy tower, she never got a chance with the mega-telescope. Sure, they had small stand-up ones for the students to use, but that wasn't right. She was polite over the whole thing, of course, never complaining, and always politely allowing others to take a turn on the large scope when really she desperately wanted to look through. To see the beautiful moon, and turn the adjustment nobs and see far into distant galaxies. To let her imagination dance on Orion's belt, and swim with Pisces and Aquarius through a see of stars. She sighed again, hopelessly. There was an extra class of students here tonight--one from a small town far from Canterlot, filled with little fillies and colts roaring with excitement at the thought of seeing stars. This was the night where she had promised herself it would happen, too. How disappointing. Unless.... "Cerena?" Cerena jumped as her name was uttered, and turned to face a dark-coated, brown-eyed unicorn mare. A friend of hers, Chocolate Swirl, "Oh...uh....hello, Swirl-girl!" She chimed cheerfully, her naturally socialism taking over her true, withdrawn and nerdy personality, "Something up?" "Well, class is almost over, and some of us have been asked to escort the fillies and colts down to where they're staying in town. You wanna come?" Cerena saw this as her opportunity, and tried to conceal her excitement. "Uh...I....I haven't finished all of my workbook yet," Her friend looked at her suspiciously--Cerena was never one to have homework, let alone incompleted work--especially at the end of class, when they had had the books all day. Cerena smiled, "Just go. I...I'd like to look for a few more constellations, maybe get a little ahead in my homework....." Swirl chuckled, and turned off, "Say no more, Cerena. Just don't stay here too late." With a wave of a hoof, the classroom was all but empty. A few stragglers stayed, actually attempting to finish their homework, and Cerena stayed out on the balcony, watching the stars through a small, standard-sized telescope. As midnight came and went, the last few of her classmates left her in a deserted astronomy tower. She was truly ecstatic. She could barely keep from fumbling as she rushed back into the building, the tiny scope in her teeth, and put it away quickly, almost messily, in her haste. She clambered up the steps, more delicately now, and squeaked in excitement at the shining lenses on the two eye pieces at the bottom of the megascope. So. AWESOME! She quickly rushed over and shut the lens cap, so that she could not yet see the stars. It had to be PERFECT. She laid down--an added bonus of being here so late--and adjusted the scope's height until it was just at level with her, and then adjusted the magnification and checked to be sure her eyelashes were not in the dark visuals. All clear. With a shudder of excitement, she opened the lens cap. And gasped. Coincidence had positioned the scope right at a GORGEOUS stellar nebula. She hadn't even realized it was set to such a high distance setting. Truly, she had just planned to view the moon....but...there was so much out there.... Before she knew it, it was nearly 2am...and she had barely begun...

n.n well thankies. I normally just draw with a tablet, but since I saw a tutorial on how to do lineart vectors in PaintTool .SAI--which is the program I use, I thought I'd try it. :3 it was surprisingly easy. By the time I was done using pinkie's body as a ref, I had it down pat.

My first attempted vector! Based it off of Pinkie Pie, but I totally winged it on the hair and eyes. :3 so....the pose is the only thing pinkie, really. It's not full vector, since I couldn't figure out how to color in the vector without using the bucket tool... I got kind of frustrated, actually.
  16. It's a shame there aren't more collectors. Lessee here....I've got some ponies that I'm not even sure of the gens on. :3 Could I get some help with IDing them? First, there's this one: I thought it was Toola Roola, but no matter where I look Toola Roola always has yellow/pink hair with blue/purple tail. SO.....thoughts? answers? Then, there's this: and it's spawn: any info? I'm sure they have some crazy-creative name like sparkler and fireworks or something. XwX And then there's this little thing, which I would assume is a mc-D's toy, considering its half plastic/half hair mane and tail combo: And then my G4 collection. I'm quite proud of it. I can't go to Walmart/K-mart/Target/anywhere where I can find ponies without buying one. I'm workin' on scrounging up $25 to get the Luna/Celestia combo at Target, or the Toys R Us exclusive pony set with all the ponies, plus the cute little made up body-clones. But, alas, pics of my collection. Please note Pinkie's styled mane and tail, along with Rarity's (who is going to be editted, though.) And Cheerilee's curl-a-licious mane and tail. Just got Dash, she's next on my list for re-styling. :3 YAY!! SHARING NERDY COLLECTOR-NESS!!! /
  17. ((OOC: Any other posters for this thread out there??? XD)) "Huh? Oh, no no no no! Go right ahead! These are already damaged a bit, so I couldn't sell them anyway," she paused, and considered what she had just said, and suddenly felt bad, "Not--not that you aren't good enough to have my fruit at a regular rate--I just....this is all I have with me, is all...." She rubbed the back of her head with a hoof, and magicked out a strawberry that was still miraculously undamaged--the entire basket had flown when she had tripped, and in haste to get them out of the way of oncoming hooves, she had just tossed them in the basket and then magicked them over the tree nozzle. Luckily, Applejack had come to her rescue. She floated the strawberry over to him, offering the glistening berry to him, "Here. This one isn't squished. Don't worry about payment--I had planned on eating these ones, anyway." She winked at him before grabbing a more squished strawberry for herself with her hoof and munching it down.

    I don't know why....but I adore this.
  19. 'A nice tail?' Her face turned bright red at the thought. That meant he must have been lookin' at her rump! She shook her tail, trying to hide her rump a bit,"Uh...uh....th-thank ya...." What a terrible delayed reaction. He was already asking about her strawberries when she had peeped in her tiny gratitude. It wasn't really what a mare wanted to hear, but it was still nice, she supposed. No one had ever really complimented her before. Sure, she'd have the off-hoof comment every now and then about her colorful mane, but not since one occasion back home in Beakbreak, when she was just a little filly, and the teacher had been a bad pony that got fired--had she been called pretty. She didn't really want to think about that. She shook her mane again. How crazy she must look. Always shaking her mane around. Like some show off trying to emphasize her colors. They were nearing the maple grove again, and she was very careful to avoid the sticky sap this time--she even noticed the spot where she had gotten stuck was littered with strands of her multi-colored mane. She skirted around the place as though it was sacred ground. "They're over here...Ah magicked them here when Ah got stuck," she trotted off the trail and into the maple trees, finding the basket hanging neatly on a tree spout. The sticky air had left the basket itself and the fruit in its carriage glistening with a thin, sweet coat of sap. Not that that was a bad thing, sap was sweet and yummy and ponies were perfectly fine eating it before it was turned into syrup. She magicked the basket over, "Well, they're a little sticky--but that should only make them taste better!" She magicked a blueberry from the basket of assorted fruit into her mouth, sure to leave the strawberries for him. She was astounded. They were delicious! The tangy, fragrant sweet of the berry was perfectly complimented by the sugary, sticky taste of the sap, "So yummy! Ah'll have to start puttin' these on mah cart--they'll make me a fortune!"
  20. Just to say, Flapjack and Chowder=100x better than Adventure Time. Split down the middle, that's 50x better each. Winning agaaain~~~

  22. OMGGGG!!!!! YAAAAAY!!!! I wish I was mentioned. I play this character in the RP. I love her. She's adorable!!!! You has wallpaper size?
  23. Holly Dash reared up and gave a hoot of approval to Twilight Sparkle's magical abilities, "Woohoo! You go girl! Now only one thing left..." Holly magicked a bucket of water over to herself and dumped it onto her body, soaking herself with cool water, "Woo! That's chilly!" She grabbed the hose with her own magic and turned to Applejack, "Can you keep that water pumpin? Ah'm gonna go inside and stop the fire at its source!" Before Applejack could respond or testify, Holly was off and crashing into the barn, the hose held in her magic, showing a blind confidence and trust in Applejack to get the water flowing.
  24. "Um, Mojo..." Bon Bon looked up at her closest friend, eyes wide. She knew that this had happened before to Lyra--Lyra was a beautiful mare, and had mentioned before that a colt or two had asked to take her out in school, yet she hadn't seen her friend with a stallion their age since they had moved together in Ponyville. Bon Bon tried to hide the fear, hope, and general anxiety that she was feeling as she watched her friend, waiting on her answer to the stallion. "I... I'm not- well, what I mean to say is- I don't know if-" Bon Bon found herself leaning closer to the minty colored mare, eyes wide, but her head was still turned towards Mojo, even as she went about magicking some of the chocolates into Bon's basket, "I just think that-" She didn't go on from there, and as Bon Bon leaned closer, hoping to hear her friend's response to the stallion, Lyra turned away from him, the broken chocolate with the golden lyre on it held in her magic. Their faces were almost touching, Bon Bon hadn't realized she had leaned so close to her friend. "Oh....um...well, you see....I...um...I just...well...." Bon Bon couldn't control her eyes, they were drawn to her friend--her crush, the light of her life, her one and only--Lyra's lips. She could barely focus. It would have been easy enough, just to say 'Hey! I made a candy with your cutie mark on it!', but nothing came out of her mouth, she was too busy concentrating on vision to even consider speech. They were just so.... *chuu* Bon Bon jumped back, and her ears immediately flopped down. The look on Lyra's face said everything. What had she done? What had she DONE!?! She had...she had....she had KISSED her. Actually KISSED another filly! Right...right here....in front of....in front of EVERYPONY!!! She could feel her face heat up--it felt hotter than the hottest days under Celestia's sun--heck, it might have been hotter THAN Celestia's sun. She blushed with her whole body, and found her hooves moving before she could even stop them. 'I'm sorry, Lyra...' She could not speak, but as she turned and ran dead-set into the Whitetail Woods, barrelling through the dissipating crowd of ponies, tear streaking down her face from the overload of shame and embarrassment, 'I'm so sorry.' (OOC: Holly Dash. Please let me know if this image is not working on your computer. Unsure why, but it isn't appearing on this site, but is on imageshack.) "A walk... the two of us?" Holly grinned, almost ready to burst out laughing. Honestly, she was beginning to find his awkward fumbles cute! She was a bit puzzled by that. She had never really though anypony was 'cute' before...she'd called her little baby strawberries cute a time or two...maybe even an grape or melon that didn't grow in all the way...but never a pony. Least not a stallion. Maybe she had thought it about a little foal or two...but....never an adult....She found herself blushing at the thought, and in her mumbled train of thoughts, missed all but the last of what he said after that. "Just lead the way." She looked up, blinking. He was ready to go, and had extended a hoof her direction, "Oh! uh, right. Yeah. Go. Time to go. It's go time!" She suddenly felt a little more embarrassed to be going alone with a stallion into the woods, and her knees wobbled a little bit as she got to her feet, "Ah'll uh...lead the way, yeah....lead it." She must have sounded so STUPID! She felt heat crawl across her face from the embarrassment, and shook it off. Durnit! Gotta stay focused! Gotta get me that fruit, "Sorry...it's this way." She shook her head, her colorful mane splashing about playfully on her neck and face, and then smiled, getting out of her kittywampus state, and started at a brisk trot towards the maple trees--cutting through the woods, of course, since they were no longer required to stay on the path.
  25. "You said your talent is in fruits? You can make strawberries? I'd love to taste yours, strawberries are my favorite!" Holly giggled. This stallion was turning out to be rather interesting, if not a tad bit awkward. She noticed every now and then he seemed perturbed by her accent. She supposed it was odd. There was not too many ponies from Beakbreak--it was mostly a town of Griffons, Hypogriffs, and hardened criminals--or other creatures. So it was no wonder he found her dingy accent strange. It had the high-altitude mix of the Ridge, with a natural southern-dinge taint to it. Not unlike Applejack's, but very...different. She had often thought about her accent, as once she came down from Beakbreak, it was brought to her attention for the first time that SHE was the one with the accent--not the rest of the world. It was almost baffling. "Well, Ah don't MAKE the strawberries, silly--Ah grow 'em!" She laughed at that, and remembered the basket of fruit she had stashed at the foremost part of the race, "Y'know, Ah think Ah may be able to get you some. Y'see, what Ah did was the day before the race, Ah hid mahself a basket of fruit just after the start of the race--Ah'm always oversleepin', so o'course I missed breakfast!" She closed her eyes, and grinned widely, beaming at her own cleverness, "Purty smart, if Ah do say so myself. Genius, Ah'd say." She opened her eyes, still beaming, "We could walk there, if you'd like. I left the basket just near them maple-ey trees."
