Corsair Posted July 15, 2012 Report Share Posted July 15, 2012 What Blind Jester says is correct: You can apply as a G3 pony, and they will be treated like an OC. But IF that character happens to show up in FiM, then the character will have to be adjusted to match what is shown on the show. However, should that character appear in show, you will need to at the very least change the name of your pony. G3 ponies are even more likely to show up (in fact, they already have) because Hasbro likely still has all the copyrights to those characters. For G1, you're a bit safer.
