Light smiled at Lovinity and looked around at all the other ponies. He thought about asked Lovinity to be his special somepony...

"Well if you want to help me look for a special somepony then you can! Honestly, I think it will be kind of fun! Me and you trotting around Ponyville and what not." He smiled at her and looked back up in the sky. He still saw the same pegasus ponies flying around. He always wished he was a pegasus but he was happy being a unicorn. He looked back at Lovinity and smiled at her.

Lovinity saw Light Harmony watching the pegasi.

"Are you thinking about taking a pegasus out to the dance? I see you are looking intently at them up in the sky."

Flashbomb's heart felt heavy when she told him that Hearts and Hooves day was when her parents died. He then flashed back to the royal wedding of Princess Cadence and Shining armor. It was a bright and sunny day when him and his parents arrived in canterlot. His parents were Windgust (dad) And Lightning wind (mum) They had wandered the city enjoying the festivities that were going on. Then all of it changed, The shield around Canterlot collapsed and a Whole army of changelings started to attack. His memory flashed forward to when his parents fell when they tried to fight back. Flashbomb tried to fight along side them but was Knocked unconcious during the struggle. When he woke up his parents were gone.

He came to from his flashback and saw that he had tears running down his face. "Applejack... I know how its like to loose your parents.." He stuttered "Im so sorry." he put his hoof under her chin and held her gaze. He tried to say something else but couldnt. he broke into tears.

Light stopped watching the pegasi and looked back at Lovinity. He shook his head and said, "I don't think so. Most of them probably already have special someponies anyways."

He smiled at Lovinity and playfully nudged her. "I don't see how you don't already have a somepony yet. Mare like you should have one already." He smiled at her and looked around at all the building and such

I'll see you later then!" [/colour]Rarity walked away from him. She realized just how much she would meet him and say goodbye to him so soon after. [colour=#800080]We really need to be more consistent. [/colour]Rarity arrived at the boutique, as she prepared everything needed to fix the hat.

"Well its just being the element of love... Well maybe not exactly that but being a filly who keeps love in harmony, I haven't really thought of a special some pony. Ive had one colt ask me a while ago... Few days before... If I could be his special some pony. I declined because not only did I not know him much but I... What is a special some pony? I mean I know what it is... Its a pony you have a crush on or wish to start a relationship with or already in one. But I mean... Whats it like? What do you do? Why is there a such thing? I believe in love for all ponies so it doesn't sound right since its with one pony. Unless... Theres a lot more to it..."

Time Spinner sat on a bench enjoying a very good book. It was just another day to him. After he had finished his chapter he noticed the couples, all grouped into pairs.

"[colour=#696969]Why is everypony so...lovey dovey?[/colour]" The grey Unicorn muttered under his breath. He rose to his hooves and trotted off towards his house. It was a simple two story building that was given to him by a close friend after recent events but nevertheless he entered to find a red Pegasus sitting on a chair in front of a fireplace. He recognized him as his new house mate Echo Forte.

"[colour=#ff0000]Hey Brony![/colour]" He said in a very sarcastic voice.

"[colour=#696969]Echo why is everypony outside acting so odd?[/colour]" He asked in a concerned manner.

"[colour=#ff0000]Duh! Its hearts and hooves day[/colour]." Echo replied

"[colour=#696969]Oh..."[/colour][colour=#000000] Time said his voice trailing off. It had been a long time sense hearts and hooves day had been celebrated by him. The last time he took joy in it was with his best friend Melody Beat but that was a long time ago.[/colour]

[colour=#000000]"[/colour][colour=#ff0000]So who are you taking to dance tonight?" [/colour][colour=#000000]Echo said a devious smile crossing his face.[/colour]

"[colour=#696969]I'm not going to the dance." [/colour][colour=#000000]Time said grasping the locket on his neck.[/colour]

[colour=#ff0000]"What! Why?" [/colour][colour=#000000]Echo demanded[/colour]

"[colour=#696969]Well... I don't have a date!" [/colour][colour=#000000]Time said[/colour]

"[colour=#ff0000]Let's change that then." Echo said with passion in his voice. [/colour]

[colour=#FF0000]"Come on Time, There are plenty of mares in Ponyville. There has to be the perfect one here somewhere." [/colour][colour=#000000]He said jumping to his hooves. [/colour][colour=#ff0000]"[/colour][colour=#ff0000]Look Time. Your my brony. As such It is my right to be your wing man. No pun intended. There is bound to be a mare who is perfect for you somewhere in ponyville. So let's go and find her."[/colour]

Light listened to what Lovinity was saying. He felt a sense of sadness when she said that she could have had a special somepony but declined him. He felt bad for the colt she denied as well. But honestly he was unsure of what Lovinity was saying. To him it seemed like she answered her own question. "Well you don't have to have a crush on a certain pony or be in love with them just to be special someponies. Both ponies can just be really good friends. Granted though that ponies who spend Hearts and Hooves day together most likely see each other more but.." He stopped and looked down at her. He frowned and said, "I'll stop now. I'm not making much sense."

Pinkie sat quietly next to Razor.Her coat seemed to lost part of its shine. "Razor. Whats wrong? Why are you so mad? Why would you think that I think that your I don't think your stupid. Besides... I'm not a con mare... I can't make you believe anything you don't want to."

Razor looked at Pinkie with suspicion, "I believe what I want to believe, and I believe you're trying to play with my emotions to prove something I won't believe. All that cute stuff. I don't like being lied to."

Razor huffed and crossed his claws, snapping his beak at a passing butterfly. Luckily he missed the insect and it whacked at him with its wing before flying off.

Angel Nodded to Rarity as she trotted away to fix Air Siren's hat. Angel decided to go home and get ready for the dance, It was about a hour untell it started. He trotted down the road and entered his home. He went upstairs and for the second time today, Put on the wonderbolt Flight Suit he was going to wear to the dance. "Ill just wait a bit untell I go back to Rarity's" He thought to himself

Echo and Time went through just about every mare they could look at. They were trotting through the market place.[/colour]

He grabbed the locket and opened it to reveal an aqua blue Unicorn. She had Green eyes and a pink head band in her Blue mane. She had a look of happiness that only brought Tears to Time. All of the memories he had with her were sad. She was such a good pony. She was perfect for him and he knew there was no other pony that would fill that void in his heart. [/colour]

[colour=#FF0000]"Look Time we both know what happened with her. I may have not been there but a few friends have said that you have never been as happy as you were with her. She's gone I know but you need to come to terms with the fact that she isn't coming back."[/colour]

Time replied with a cold silence.

[colour=#ff0000]"Hey what about that mare at the library? She would be perfect for you."[/colour]

[colour=#000000]Time Replied once again with silence.[/colour]

[colour=#FF0000]"Your right. She has something about her that seems to... paranoid." [/colour][colour=#000000] Echo replied as if Time talked back. [/colour][colour=#ff0000]"Come on Time! You get all emotional about a mare who just left you? If she dumped you this bad then she must have been a jerk. I hate those kind of Mares. You know the kind that only act like they like you then just dump you just like that." [/colour][colour=#000000]Time stopped dead in his tracks.[/colour]

[colour=#696969]"YOU DON'T GET IT DO YOU? [/colour][colour=#000000]Time screamed at Echo. All of the ponies in the market place were staring at them now. [/colour][colour=#696969]"DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW MUCH I CARED ABOUT HER! HOW MUCH I LOVED HER! IF YOU ONLY MET HER YOU WOULD KNOW THAT SHE WAS A GOOD PONY!" Darkness shuffled a hoof and sat as he hoped Fluttershy would respond soon, he had always wanted to meet her, being shy himself, she was his favorite element.

Echo tried to follow Time through town but eventually lost him in the crowd. Echo Knew he did something bad but he had no idea how badly Time cared for melody even now. Echo walked through the town. The sun had started to set and the dance in the town hall would soon start. He didn't want to miss that but he had to find his friend. Finally the sun had set and Time was still nowhere to be found. He sat on the ground and reflected on what he said. Echo had always made friends but he now lost one. Now he sat here feeling apologetic to Time but not having any luck in finding him. Finally a mysterious voice spoke to Echo:

[colour=#000000]Echo turned to see a midnight blue princess standing behind him "[/colour][colour=#ff0000]Princess Luna!"[/colour][colour=#000000] He bowed[/colour]

[colour=#0000FF]"Rise Echo Forte. I have heard about your scuffle with your friend Time Spinner. Would you care to elaborate a bit more." [/colour]

"[colour=#FF0000]Well...today is hearts and hooves day and Time didn't have a special somepony to spend it with. So as a good brony I decided to try to find him a Date but he was just depressed about Melody the whole day. So I called him out on it but I guess I said the wrong things because he screamed at me and Stormed off. I tried to follow him but it was hopeless in the end. Luna I messed everything up!" [/colour][colour=#000000]Echo fell onto his back with a loud groan. He looked to Luna where she had a solemn look on her face.[/colour]

[colour=#0000CD]"Echo...Do you remember where Time Spinner is from?"[/colour]

[colour=#FF0000]"Huh? What does that have to..." [/colour][colour=#000000]Echo stopped cold. [/colour]

[colour=#0000CD]"Not everypony can live forever like me and my sister."[/colour]

[colour=#FF0000]"So Melody died from old age...Everypony does that. Time traveled over 2000 years, he should of expected this." [/colour]

[colour=#000000]Luna shook her head "[/colour][colour=#0000cd]Echo Melody didn't die normally. Melody suffered from an illness that known as phylums. Discord had given Time the cure to this but he simply threw it away. When he found out that he had the cure the whole time and could have saved her so she could live happy, he was furious. Melody died no ordinary death."[/colour]

[colour=#000000]Echo stood up and looked down at his hooves. "[/colour][colour=#FF0000]I have to find him."[/colour]

[colour=#0000CD]"Go to the dance Echo. You have a mare waiting."[/colour] [colour=#000000]Luna said with a smile . [/colour]

[colour=#FF0000]"I almost forgot about rosebud but what about Time."[/colour]

[colour=#0000cd]"Just let the events play out. I think it will be okay."[/colour]

He grabbed the locket around his neck and opened it so he could see the picture of his past friend and love. His mind was filled with a mixture of love and sadness. The two emotions battled leaving his mind in utter chaos. He sat there to cry. The memories wouldn't stop flooding his mind. He remembered the times they spent together so long ago. The thoughts of him and her walking in the woods and the things they talked about in the forest. Then he remembered the horrid mistake he made. The flower he was given that he simply threw away. He wasn't even there for the funeral or even her death. It was the curse Discord put on him that required him to make use of his Time Magic. He remembered the pain of space and time burning against his coat. It didn't help that even after discord was defeated that Time couldn't even go back in time to help Melody. He asked Celestia for help and all she said was no. He was furious. Luna had tried to help but only the void that was in his heart was there. Time had sat on a rock that was on the pile, Thinking about his past and all that came with it when a sweet voice had ruined his train of thought.[/colour]

Time wasn't sure what to think of this. He felt like he was betraying melody but he felt like this was the right thing. The two pulled way from each other. Both blushing.[/colour]
