Humanized Pony Reboot! (Interest Check and Sign up!)

In a last-ditch effort to feed the dwindling number of her subjects, Chrysalis goes for a smaller, less known target than the "illustrious" Canterlot -- Some out if the way town in the sticks called "Ponyville..."

Having sent a few sentries ahead to survey the area, Chrysalis learns of the young Princess Twilight's residence in this town. But that wasn't all! All of Bearers of The Elements of Harmony were living in this two-bit town!

No matter! Just trash a few homes, send the skittish ponies a-scattering, and all six of them will be right in front of her in no time! So Chrysalis sent her minions to do just that!

All was going well! The locals screaming and running, the Elements were racing toward her, all too ready to give her quite the thrashing, she was all too sure! Like she was gonna let THAT happen!

Just when they came into range, Queen Chrysalis unleashed quite the surprise... A portal that can send those pesky Elements far, far away! Where would they end up? Who knew, and quite frankly, who cared?? She unleashed the spell just as that one blue upstart raced ahead! Before she knew it, the spell was knocked off course, as that blasted blue Pegasus had hit her horn, sending a massive surge of black, green,and violet energy skyward, hovering not only over the Mane6, but over a few of her own subjects, as well as several bystanders not lucky enough to get out of the area in time...

The next thing she knew, she felt a surge of pain as she was struck by her own spell, before everything went black...

Everyday life is so full of wonder, is it not?? Studying for exams, bosses chewing you out for every little thing, the popular kids rolling their eyes at you for the nth time in the school hallway teachers getting on your case for whatever, wondering if you're going to have enough to pay rent with the next check… Just simply magical!

It's just another end to another ordinary day for an ordinary human, from out of the blue, the sky goes from clear to pitch black. Flashes of green and violet lighting strike from all around said human, leaving them a little scared and confused. Just as soon as it began, the sky returns to normal, the lighting no longer threatening to strike.

But all is not normal… There in front of them lies someone unconscious. How they got there is a mystery, and even more puzzling is why they were dressed thread they were!

After a short while, they come to, but that's when things get even weirder! The mysterious "person" is just as shocked to see the human, and even more surprised to see themselves. It gets even weirder when they insist they're a pony!

The Ponies awake to a strange world, and to having been discovered by a most unusual creature… Standing on just their hind legs, having next to no hair, a short mane and no discernible tail… And THEY were the ones looking at the Pony as if they were the crazy ones!

...Yep, this person has lost it! Maybe they were struck by the lighting? But somehow, despite their unbelievable tall tales, something keeps telling the human that they're telling the truth... Taking them in would be best for the moment, and looking around the 'net to see if anyone else ran into the same kind of Moreover, something's telling you that they're not lying, in spite of their tall tales. Add to that, they are able to do things no human can do!

These humans... They may not have magic, but the things they do have-- Television, phones, computers that connect to something called the internet, which they use to communicate with each other! What other wonders does this world have??

The point of this RP is to have the humans come into contact with each other, find a way to get to one another, and get all of the Equestrians home. In the meantime, it's the human's job to take care of the Pony to the best of their ability, until such a time where everyone and everypony are able to meet up with each other, and are able to get all the Equestrians home.

Now time for everyone's favorite part: The Rules!

EVERYONE:

- Tone it down with the Tragic Past!© It doesn't make for a deeper character, just a huge sad sack who constantly whines. Not to mention, it's cliché. This is especially out of place for Ponies, who are portrayed as generally happy. Whilst humans aren't Granted, there are tragic moments in everyone's lives, but know when to draw the line.

-You can play up to three characters of your choice. You may also use the same post for more than one app.

- [colour=#ff0000]Like the first RP, all pairings will be RANDOM, so no complaining about not being paired up with your favorite pony[/colour]! Pairings will be made once there are a sufficient number of humans and Ponies, and will be decided by drawing names.

- Feel free to adjust your character/s accordingly if they don't quite make a good fit for the RP.

Ponies:

- Other than the Princess Twilight, and the Queen Chrysalis, no other Alicorns allowed, as they are not cannon. That, and they tend to be overpowered!

- Although Princess Twilight is now an Alicorn, and thus indeed powerful, she will not be able to reverse the spell, as it was Chrysalis who has cast it.

- As a human, your Pony will not have their wings or horn. In their place however, there will be faint markings on the forehead/back where they would be. These markings will be the same as the former Pony's pelt.

- As a human, your Pony's magic will be weakened, but not gone. Your Pony does not need to be a unicorn to have magic.

- All Ponies will keep their Cutie Marks, which will be located on their “flanks.”

- All Ponies will be clothed, and the clothing should be in the same colour scheme as their fur / mane

Humans:

- Humans possess no magic, but you may have skills that you are particularly good at, so long as they're somewhat realistic. The aim of the first RP was to have the Ponies be discovered by ordinary humans. So in other words:

* Try and keep it as realistic as you can. So no 13 year old billionaires with a dozen mansions, 200 speedboats, and the power to get the Equestrians back to Equestria.

* If your character is under 18, have them live with at least one parent / guardian, as it is illegal for them to be living on their own – unless they're listed as an emancipated minor.

* Certain occupations require extensive training or a college degree. Keep this in mind when choosing your character's occupation.

- Humans may not have magic, but they DO have the power to communicate. So have them go online, use Skype, or post videos on Youtube in order to find other people who've found Ponies.

- Though highly not recommended, you may play as yourself. You should change information about yourself, however!

Tips/Pointers:

- You can have relationships if you want, but it's really beside the point in the RP. One character can have feelings for another, but it is up to the other character to reciprocate those feelings. In other words, you can fall in love if you want to, but the feelings don't have to be returned.

- Don't be afraid to have a curious Pony! Don't be afraid to have them find things on their own, and attempt to use them.

- Have your human character try to provide for the Pony they've found to the best of their ability.

- Have the human character try and answer all the questions that they can. Even some of the more awkward ones!

- On the subject of meat, have fun with explaining that to the Pony! It is up to the Pony, however, whether or not they want to taste meat or not.

- Since many of the humans are going to be living far from each other, utilize the internet as a primary source of communication! I don't my characters being the only ones doing this!

- Though the Equestrians do not have their wings or horns in human form, they will appear as "ghostly

protrusions" in still pictures.

- This leaves the Earth Ponies. Earth Ponies may not have wings or horns, but they all will posses

unusually high strength and stamina. Not superhero levels, but they will be able to lift 1 1/2 - 2 times the

weight a human can lift.

Yeah, try to to describe what your character's wearing as a human as much as you can. As for the backstory, add a little info on your character that the rest of the app doesn't cover, like hobbies, family history, personality, stuff like that!
