I have a tendency to make my usernames mash-ups of whatever two things I happen to be into at the moment. In this case, MLP:FiM and Soul Eater. ^^') You can call me tmp, if you want. I hope I can make some friends here and have a good time discussing and possibly roleplaying MLP:FiM. Anyway, I think MLP:FiM is really well done show, with excellent writing and good characters. Not to mention stellar animation and art work. My favorite pony is Twilight Sparkle, but I love all of the mane six. It's really hard to pick a favorite episode, but I'll give an edge to Winter Wrap Up or The Cutie Mark Chronicles. As far as what kind of person I am, I'm a soon-to-be high school junior of the female variety. I really like animation, which probably explains my MLP addiction. As far as other hobbies go, I enjoy drawing, so I'll probably put up some pony art later. I also like to read. Any genre from fantasy to realistic fiction is cool with me. My musical tastes lean orchestral music and show tunes. I'm also a band geek, who loves percussion instruments of every variety (marimba has to be my absolute favorite to play). Writing is something I love to do as well, when I'm not suffering from writer's block. So, as you've probably figured out, I'm a geek in just about every way. xDAnyway, I'm sure I'll like it here, it seems like a really friendly place. See you around! It seems we have a lot of similar hobbies My partner is very into animation, she just met the author of Billy the unicorn, and got to hang out with her and some of their close friend ( all animators ) for a day. Apparently they all knew Faust as well, so I was super envious I didn't get to join them!But it sounds like a very exciting field to be in is that what you think you will pursue in the future? I'm glad you found our corner of the MLP:FiM fandom and hope you'll stay for a long time, and yay, yet another artist fan! The Getting Started section is the best place to start in answering most questions but if you have any still, please ask away. Also as an artist I am sure you be interested in the Gallery section where you can make your own album of pony art, as well as the Art Discussion section where you can chat with your fellow artists and show off and advertise your works as well. You also mentioned writing, and no surprise we have a Writing Section as well to chat with fellow writers and display fanfics. So plenty to do and see. I'm also watching Princess Tutu at the moment, and I absolutely adore it. I read One Piece (obviously) and Swan, plus a bunch of misc. volume 1s for manga I've purchased but never followed up on. xDWelcome to the forum!
