When Cinder asked Torchwick whether the run away had been taken care of, she was simply asking if he had done it. Emerald and Mercury was not supposed to do it for him, so Silver and Aisha did not have to. This was supposed to be something Silver or Aisha could react or answer to.I can see why you'd think I'm trying to follow the script. But even if I follow the script, the plot can change.
