To those I am in RP with. bare with me please. This new computer is a BEAST. Capable of a lot. I have to program her settings properly or I might make some mistakes. So replies to RP are slow. As well I have to download a lot of drivers for the new gaming equipment. Levane here is one slick customer, but she isnt fully optimized yet. Radeon graphics, i7 quad core processor. over 3TB hard drive with 12GB RAM. Massive sound capability (she came with surround sound and a heck of a subwoofer.)
so all of this needs calibration before I can just hop on and
go.

I'm sure it's mighty 640K memory and DUAL floppy disks could do any task you set it for..just as long as you live in the early 80's...And your tasks involve Wordstar Or Lotus 123.

heh likely not. See the reason I got this beat of a machine is simple. I have projects that need screen resolution of 1080 or better. Add to that I'm simultaneously downloading reports and uploading information to other members of the research team.
As the boss says, "I want you to be able to see an ant in a picture taken from ten feet away, and write me a report on what the ant is doing."

Alright. For those of you following my Death of a Prince series, the final chapter is complete, but there is a twist to this ending chapter.
and to see it you have to speak to me personally. I wont be posting it online anywhere. its only available to those that ask me for it. This is because the ending is stranger than the whole story combined.If you want the end, just PM me here on site and I will gladly email you the whole thing.

I was walking with my family after eating lunch. I wanted tell my father a joke, so I started by saying "Why was the octopus laughing". My father looked at me with an unamused expression and replied, "It was laughing at my miserable and hard life because of all the effort and money I used to bring my two children here". I looked at him with my own unamused face and kept walking without saying another word.

i live...surprisingly.
Went to get a brain scan the other day. its not a tumor. Turns out its an infected cyst in my cranial cavity. They managed to get a small bit of it. and gave me antibiotics for the rest- Show previous comments 1 more

it should. its a basically a pocket of puss. a typical broad spectrum antibiotic can kill it easily

Thankfully it was only that. Will be hanging around a hospital for the next few days down south..Mother is having major transplant surgery. Ugh. I can't stand being in hospitals even if I'm not the one being treated..

i know the feeling. My father is in the cancer treatment unit in UAB right now. He keeps bouncing between there and ICU.

Posts have been silent recently with schools letting out and vacations starting.

New pc has arrived and is being set up. Steam is a pain to reinstall. as well, all my bookmarks thankfully were registered to my account. have to retype all the passwords though.
Once this is done I can return to active RP with a new, faster PC -
Ok so.... Issue has risen up. Contract at work is renegotiated. This means a paycut back to minimum wage (Seattle, WA min wage is $15 hr)
This has left me with an issue. I have a short fall on rent and other expenses by about $100. (i only lost $1 hr. Other ppl lost like $5 hr)So to make ends meet I was considering short story commissions. No trades or requests at this time.
Anyone think this is an idea worth something?-

And here I want to ask a question of you all. Where do you stand? Is there an issue at hoof or is Thunderbuck and company imagining thing? Could his guards just be agreeing with him to ensure his happiness?
Or is Stromstride sliding back into the darkness that consumed her unnamed ancestor? Only time and possibly your opinions can tell. -

I'm not much of a pokémon fan, but I just heard about it sunday. One guy at work plays it, and one (who is a MAJOR pokémaniac is holding off on it because he expects it to either get MUCH better, or Die. Personally, I like the *idea* but not too interested.

Well considering that the servers are terrible right now and I am more invested in Ingress (which is essentially the same game) I'll stick with that. I'll leave pokemon go to the trainers, and I'll be running around capturing portals.

i would like to play myself. but honestly with the way ppl act because of what team they are on, I would rather not. its like.... this game was created to help players grow closer together, not form gangs and harm each other over a fictional character.

As some of you noticed I am posting stories in lieu of posts while things are so quietly. My goal is to have the series completed by or before the end of next week.
Assuming I maintain one chapter/act a day, I should be able to beat that deadline by at least 4-5 days.-

finshed a run that was over a mile long. Strangely I dont feel tired. I dont get it. Usually any exercise makes me feel like a train hit me. This was almost blissful and quite pleasant. Think I might do it again tomorrow afternoon as well. If this keep sup, I may be back into healthy shape before the summer is out.
