How unstable?

Let me put it to you this way. His power is constantly restrained by him to prevent accidents involving it.

Momentary hiccup. Should be taken care of now.

Althrough its fixed now, more often then not once a char is passed, it can take the staff a while to change around permissions, as they could be busy or someone with the ability to do that won't be online.

Except there's many, many cases of it working right...but it IS best to hold off until stability is much more assured - but it's not the boogeyman, and it's not the NSA in disguise either.

I don't mind. BTW, my OC, Darkness Knight, I usually play him as Lullaby's father, but we can do it if you wish.

you can RP when ever you want, you just have to find a RP you like ask if you can join or you can ask someone if they want to RP, or you can start one see if someone will join and start the RP
