By season four I mostly mean Maud Pie, Pinkie Pride and to a lesser extent Pinkie Apple Pride. With the episodes where she wasn't a focal character, yeah, they didn't really know what they were doing with her all the time this season.

Season four brought her to fourth for me after being tied with Twilight for a long time. I think she's great. I just like other characters more.
