you could try this book, it helped me a bit ps I have had: 1) Trouble falling asleep (most common) 2) Waking up in the middle of the night at like 4am (usually combined with #1) 3) Waking up at like 6am for no good reason and not being able to sleep (total **** when combined with #2)
