You have just found a job in the Downtown Canterlot area: Solar Square, and moved into your new home in one the lovely apartment buildings. In Solar Square there are plenty of businesses both big and small, corporations, book stores, resturants convenient stores: You name it, its probably there!

Rules of this RP:

-We all live in the same apartment building on the same floor, for social interaction purposes :3

-You can share an apartment with someone if both of you have that you're sharing it in your apps.

-Violence is allowed to a certain extent (e.g. No killing or weapons or sending someone to the hospital)

-keep all romance appropriate as if a minor was watching.

-Your application isn't just me approving your character, but your job as well, but no worries

Personal info: Tekton is more of an introvert; not exactly the guy going around making a plethora of friends. He is, however, peaceful and is self-considered to be intelligent. He also is seldom excessive/extreme, and usually doesn't get involved in tasks that really don't need to be done. He's quite the strong willed one, and even boasts a good temper. Although many things can get on his nerves, few actually break the barrier.

Occupation: Civil Engineer/Electrical Engineer

Likes: Problem solving, peace, intelligence, and a good chit-chat if it doesn't interfere with work.

Dislikes: People who are over eccentric, just plain stupid, or the arrogant. He also hates anything he deems mindless (very broad term, but it's more usually determined by the situation itself and Tekton's mood.)

Personal info: Buttermint is a simple garden pony. She has always had a love for flowers, but her favorite type is actually a Dandelion, even though that's a not a flower but a weed. But there is a story behind why. Buttermint is kind, mellow, good-tempered but soft-spoken. She perfers to be alone though, taking care of her gardens and plants. She really rather not get into anyone elses business.

Name: Red-Soul Eclipse

Gender: Male

Species: Unicorn

Appearance: Soul is black with grey freckles on the sides of his face. His hooves are grey. His mane is red with a black streak down the middle, as is his tail. Soul's mane is styled to lay flat and straight, yet have a slightly messy appearance. Soul's tail has a slight curve to it, but it isn't wavy or curly or anything like that. Soul has red antlers on either side of his mane. He also has a torn ear (he was born with it, nothing violent happened to make it that way,) and a broken horn, but can still do magic with ease. He also has blood red eyes. Soul is slightly taller than colts his age. He's actually quite slender.

Personal info: Soul was born in Roam, Itaily and lived there with his single mother up until he was nearly a colt. His mother worked at a restaurant and bread bakery, both part-time so she could raise enough bits to support her son and herself. Soul's has no clue who his father his. His mum would never tell him. She didn't like to talk about him or what happened between the two of them.

He eventually moved out to follow his dream of owning a successful music store where people could freely expresses their tastes in music and even display their own music and not be judged or feel self conscious. It's one of those "come in and play" shops.

Soul's that kind of smooth where he can pretty much talk himself out of any sticky or difficult situation with much ease. He's extraordinarily good at playing word games and saying things that'll be sure to catch you off your guard. He's also incredibly sarcastic to the point where he speaks sarcasm more fluently than he does English, though usually it's more of a joking-around teasing kind of sarcastic. However, when he gets mad, his sarcasm can tend to get a bit harsh. He can actually be really friendly, though.

Place of birth: Roam, Itaily

Occupation: Owner of a music store (and music production studio)

Likes: Rock music (i.e. Hard rock, classic rock,) basement/ garage bands, being somewhat of a hipster, and stirring up a little bit of trouble every now and again

Dislikes: Soul dislikes pop/ hip-hop music (but doesn't judge those who like it,) and long chapter books with no pictures.

Random Fact: Soul will tell anypony and everypony that he can't carry a tune to save his life, but the truth is he has an amazing voice. He just doesn't want the attention.

Unfortunately, FiM Free-For-All usually move a bit too fast for me, and I find it difficult to figure out who a character is without a biography. But hey, AshCloud is a Roleplayer. I think this could fly in the Mane RP as well, if someone wanted to try it out (but without the violence).
