The list of ponies will be fed into the list randomizer over at Random.org. And that will give each pony a number between 1 and whichever number the list is at. Then I'm going to use the true random number generator to pick a number with in those from the same site. If all goes well a random pony and RPer will be chosen.The location of the item will be done in a similar manner. The riddles will be made after everything is determined. If the person playing the culprit wants they can aid in making any subsequent clues and riddles. This is of course only if they so choose.
