I added more shadowing to his eyes and hair, face to get a more dramatic look. I look tired all the time mostly in real life-long nights working do that to you, eventually it becomes natural for you to stay up late even with no work to do-so I added alot of eye wrinkles and kind of stressed look. Yea, I reworked the writting and made it more structured as well as fatter as well as generally redraw the top hat.I always make my character or drawing look stressed or tired as hell as if their exthausted emotionally or physically and I guess it does look kind of creepy when combined with the shading.Most of the stuff I've shown off such as Bright Bolt I was aiming for them to be simple and cartoonish. Detailed and depressed tends to be more my natural style. Only messing with cartoony styling just incase I ever have to do something like a...sonic animation when I get a job. Link to comment
