What cartoons did you watch growing up?

My complete list might have 8-10 total on it, but no one mentioned my favorite:

Super Dave!

The first half hour was a cartoon in which Super Dave would do such amazing feats as saving an orphanage from a speeding train! That was on train tracks for some reason. With his face. His catch phrase was "NEW PAIN" to whatever bizarre thing happened to him in whatever episode.

The last half hour would be live action, with Super Dave would perform a dangerous stunt, like running full tilt towards a plate glass window of a four story building, crashing through it, and landing on the inflatable pad outside. They would spend 20 minutes talking about the stunt and how it would work (I need to have enough momentum that I make it to the pad, but not so much that I overshoot it"), and then he would be off! Only, the plate glass would hold, without so much as a crack, and after slamming into it, he would writhe around on the ground. And that was the end of the episode.

For some reason it is hard to find on DVD, but I can't imagine why...

I fall into the older crowd, and I watched some obscure shows that were shown on a single channel and honestly some I've yet to meet ANYONE online thats even heard of them!

Common:

Classic LoonyTunes/Tom+Jerry/Disney Shorts (syndicated)

Garfield and Friends (and Garfield movies)

Charlie Brown (movies)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Transformers (Series 1)

Duck Tales

Gummy Bears

Less common:

Sky Commanders

Zone Raiders

Dinosausers

Denver the Last Dinosaur

SuperTed (series 2 with Tex and his two lackies being main recurring baddies)

Captain N

Conan the Adventurer

Pirates of Dark Water

Super Friends

Johnny Quest

Uncommon:

Fantastic Max (not to be confused with mghty max) - Show about a baby with an alien who could grant wishes

Goltar and the Golden Lance

Teddy Ruxpin (though geared towards boys, there are a lot of similarities to MLP:FiM, except it was SERIALIZED and had long story arcs)

Adventure of Peter Pan and the Lost boys (I think that was the title, if anyone looks for clips, it had Peter in a brown outfit and hook in a black outfit)

Bucky O' Hare and the Toad Wars (one of the best Opening Theme songs ever!)

Bill and Ted (dont remember the subtitle, but based on "Excelent Adventure")

When I got slightly older (10-12ish):

Disney Afternoon (Darkwing Duck, GoofTroop, Chip 'N Dale's Rescue Rangers, TailSpin etc)

X-Men

Spiderman: Then Animated Series

Batman: the Animated series

Problem Child (Never saw the movie it was based on though)

Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM, read the "Archie Comics" Sonic comic books too upto ~2000 (issue 57ish))

Ren and Stimpy (I was a hair on the young side for that series...)

The Simpsons (I watched it occasionally when I was young and more often when I got to be around 11-12ish)

Where in the World is Carmen Sandiago (Cartoon, not game show, though I did also watch the game show)

King Arthur and the Knights of Justice

At around 13-15 when I got proper 56K internet I started watching Anime along with Invader Zim.

lots and lots more I didnt watch regularily or dont remember. Never have had cable but I watched some at my grandparents...

Special mention goes to the Live Action Batman (Adam West + Burt Ward) and NightRider (live action) which I loved but weren't cartoons along with Mr Roger's Neighborhood. Also every morning I'd watch reruns of I Love Lucy, Lavern & Shirly, and Bewitched with my Mother.

I'm going to keep my list short and simple. My top 5 favorite cartoons, seeing as the list itself is about... 30 titles. That's just cartoons I watched, not entirely enjoyed.

1. Rocko's Modern Life

2. Ren and Stimpy

3. Kablam!

4. Doug

5. Road Rovers

Now that I comb through this topic again, I just realized I'm the only one who watched Road Rovers :C

Did anyone else even hear of it? I went nuts over that show when I was a kid. I thought it was awesome.
