Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Her mane is a goldish, almost appearing to shine, as is her tail. They areboth fairly long, but her tail is kept in a braid, and her mane is often up and held back with clips cleverly hidden byher choice of flower. Physique: She's very thin, similar to Fleur De Lis' body, but a bit more healthy looking. Cutie Mark: Her cutie mark is a smooth, pale pink lightning bolt. Origin/Residence: She travels between Canterlot and Cloudsdale, though Canterlot is her main residence. Occupation: She travels with a group similar to the Wonderbolts, but for younger, aspiring flyers. Manyof the members of this group (The Shining Fliers) may go into the Wonderbolts later in life. Motivation: She wants to be a Wonderbolt, and the reminder of the fame that comes with it keeps her inpractices, no matter how much she hates practicing some times. She hopes someday she can find her mom. Likes: Sky-dancing, flying, pink, fame, royalty. Dislikes: Evil, gaming, Discord. Character Summary: She grew up in Cloudsdale with her mom and dad when she was younger, but one day her mom never came back from shopping, and she isn't sure what happened to her mom. Her father is extremely proud of her, and he travels with her, working as the team's manager. She recieved her cutie mark as a young filly, when she was out flying again. She had just completed one of the harder tricks (a triple loop) and when she landed, her father pointed out her cutie mark. She is a good flier, but she has her downfalls. She is desperately afraid of storms, so when it does storm, she is either hiding in the basement or flying high above the clouds, where she feels safest. She also can not dance to save her own life, but that's when she's on the ground. In the air, her name applies well. She has a fun sense of humor, and will always cheer a pony up when they need it. She can be very random, but when she's in competitions with the Shining Fliers, she is completely in the sky (down to earth.) She doesn't have many friends, but she hopes to make some more. It is hard to keep friends though, when you travel a lot. Because of her mom's disappearance, she has become stronger and less emotional, though she is very attached and defensive of her dad because he's all she has left. Dunder Posted April 16, 2012 Report Share Posted April 16, 2012 EY!This application is looking pretty good! ^-^ Only one problem is that the mods don't like specific numbers in the age section. Instead use words like filly for female teenager or mare for adult or foal for baby. Since yours is fifteen, she'd be a filly. The part though I would change is instead of saying:Many of the members of this group (The Shining Fliers) go into the Wonderbolts later in life.It should be "Many of the members of this group (The Shining Fliers) may go into the Wonderbolts later in life." As the Wonderbolts are the top flyers of all of Equestria, they likely look at several semi-pro and younger flyer groups for potential recruits, but there is no single goto group and no pony is every guaranteed to get into the Wonderbolts. The Shining Fliers would be best recognized as a separate group entirely for aspiring elite flyers who someday hope to be in the big leagues.
