It was a really funny situation. I had already paid for my Dad's meal at the place, when I suddenly noticed My Little Pony happy meal toys being advertised.

I instantly tried called the lady back and started coming up with some cheesy excuse to get the toys, "Errr...you see. My little brother wanted a happy meal toy, but without the meal. And plus, he'd like to have one of the girl toys, not the boy toys...errr..."

And I found it so funny how she just asked:...

Where is the room for indignation? Isn't occasionally being angry fine up until the point where you lose control?

I think that whoever feels wronged must stand up and try to do something to stop it. Not getting angry doesn't mean giving in. And if someone does get agitated, I don't think hatred should be the drive.

If a person does not strive for his/her goal, then they won't achieve it. Or clearly, if a person does not strive for anything, they'll get nothing.

Ah, I was reading it as "Even if you have nothing else, hold on to what you strive for"...and that didn't make much sense.

What happened?

Murder.

For 10 months now the Syrian people were protesting peacefully to have freedom in their country from the government, but instead the dictator government choice to kill them all.

A total of 5,000+ people have been shot dead, and 70,000+ people taken to prisons for torture.

Today alone, 200 people were slaughtered in less than 3 hours. I can't take it anymore to hear these things, so I'm begging my brother to take me to the Syrian embassy so I can prot...

That sounds like the kind of thing that's cool to describe, and would make a very inspirational arty piece of film, but would be rather traumatic to experience >.> My sympathies.
