    oh my god it's going to be the 20s soon and then all of our grandkids are going to be confused because we'll refference the 1920s and the 2020s at various times and if we don't specifically say the nineteen-twenties and the twenty-twenties they'll get this weird, magical idea that 'the twenties' were simultaneously an era of prohibition and excess, of coal-powered trains and intricate electronic devices, and god knows what other achronous mangling of two sets of 20s.
