  1. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ It had been a while since Ice had been summoned for guard work inside the castle. She was usually working on bigger projects that guard duty, but she wasn't going to scoff at it either. Guards played a pivotal role in just about everything, and being the commander of STAR also meant pulling up the slack when some other officials needed some help. That seemed to be the case now with Fire Walker being on leave. She almost didn't believe they letter that said that Applejack had been injured. She'd only met the mare a couple of times, but the stories she's heard the pony was like a brick. If she was hurt she'd hate to see the other pony. She's didn't have a uniform for the Twilight Guard, so instead she just wore the armor that Luna had made for her. She wasn't entirely sure who else she'd be working with here or what their level of training was. She knew that to be in the castle they had to be at least decent. That was the standard that Luna and Celestia had set, and if anything she'd figure Twilight to be even stricter. She found herself in from of the main office to find out who she'd been paired with. She knocked on the door. She made her way into the room and have a proper salute. "Commander Ice Storm reporting for briefing and assignment," she said before realizing who she was talking to. "Blizzy?"
  2. ~~~Wind Dancer~~~ Wind Dancer couldn't help but giggle at the excitement that Cloudy had from the matches. She said that she knew that Clydesdales were strong, but she had no idea about how strong. She pulled a splinter from her hair that looked more like something you'd see out of a wood chipper. "Haha, yeah! Those were some pretty intense matches! I'll have to admit I was expecting Pike to make it a bit closer than it was, but then again, I'm not entirely sure of the rules myself, so I don't know how close it actually was. 2-0 though seems like a pretty thorough defeat," she commented as they made their way back to the concessions. Windy was getting drinks while Cloudy was getting a Rulebook. Well, that was the plan anyway. Apparently the stalls in the area didn't have any rulebooks for the sport. She was surprised because surely they weren't the only ponies here that didn't know what the rules for jousting were. But by that same logic, those ponies would be wanting rulebooks as well. It was possible that they just got there before the two of them did. Cloudy seemed to be quite upset about it and Windy put a wing over her. "Hey, it's okay. We can still enjoy the show without it! We'll make up our own rules to entertain us while we're still newbies." She giggled before another stallion interrupted them. He said that he had overheard Cloudy's conversation with the shopkeep before his attention turned to her, asking if she was who he thought she was. "Yup! It most certainly is! Just showing my new friend some of the sights of LP. Ironically enough I've heard of the jousting matches here plenty of times, but I've never actually been until today. So this is a new experience for both of us. That makes it even more special!" Wind Dancer said with a smile. "That being said... I can't say that I recognize you, which means we haven't met because I try to make it a point to remember everypony that I run into," she said looking to Cloudy. "Sometimes literally."
  3. ~~~Wind Dancer~~~Morning Dew~~~Water Wing~~~ Wind Dancer smiled back to Scarlett. "I wouldn't be lying if I said that during the moment, that wasn't the most painful thing I had ever felt. I still don't undertand how something that big comes out of a hole that small. But this..." Wind Dancer said, looking down to where Glimmer was, gently holding her. "This is entirely worth everything and more. I can't wait to do it again when the time comes," she said with a smile. She turned to her parents who were more or less just staring in both shock and joy at their grandfoal. "Windy... she's absolutely beautiful! Just like the beautiful pony that is her mother," she said, turning to Sky after mentioning that they could use something to eat. "Oh of course! both of you are probably starving after that ordeal. I know that after I gave birth to Windy, I ate three whole pizzas! Your father was lucky to get what... three slices?" Water Wing would just laugh. "I think I eventually just ended up with a salad. What are the two new parents craving right now? I'm sure that we can figure something out other than hospital food." "Actually the food here isn't bad. It's actually fairly decent. Well prepared, seasoned and perfectly healthy. I mean it should be as much as I donate to this place yearly," Wind Dancer stated. Normally she wasn't one to pull the donation clause. She was far from the only pony that would donate to the hospital, but she doubted others donated as much as she did. In truth, she wasn't even trying to pull anything there either, more just stating a fact. They should be able to afford decent food for the patients, granted she knew that some foods were required to be a certain way for some patients. "Buuut... since you asked, A couple giant bowls of noodles from that Neighponese place in Icy's casino would be amazing if I'm allowed to have them?" she said looking to the doctors for comformation. The two doctors would nod. "Actually better make that three bowls so that Sky can actually have one," she giggled. "Like mother like daughter," Water laughed.
  4. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice smiled as tensions seemed to drop around them after Myth revealed herself and then kissed her. She could tell that they remembered her from Nightmare night as well. Specifically, they remembered the costume that she had. She could see the look returning to Cornsilk's face and she brought her hoof up to her mouth to suppress a giggle, but failing to do so. She listened as Zephyr said that it was nice to meet her on a professional sense, but Myth was quick to tell Zephyr that she disliked the formality stuff just as much as Icy did. Myth was also surprised when she heard her say assistant commander. Ice couldn't help but giggle even more and nodded. "Yeah, I had everything pushed through the other day and... yeah... today should have been the day that it went through. I could have sworn I mentioned something about you, Ravy, Feather and Nira all getting moved up the ranks," she said. "That was my bad. Though we still have a bit we need to get done before we go downstairs," Ice said
  5. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm could see the look of disappointment on Cornsilk's face when she mentioned that Windy already had a family. She wasn't surprised in the slightest that ponies would fall for her friend though. Wind Dancer was one of the most selfless ponies that she knew. Whenever she performed at The Fire and Ice, she always donated her entire proceeds to the LPMC. She couldn't deny either that Windy was incredibly sexy herself and that alone gave her a lot of draw. Combine that with the personality, and she's the perfect spouse and mother that anypony could hope for. Sky Sailing was a very lucky stallion. "I guarantee that you won't be disappointed. Though if you're going, make sure to sit in the front row. You won't regret it," Ice smirked. That being said, she noticed that Zephyr seemed to be distracted while they were walking. It was almost like she was trying to watch something. That alone made Ice Storm smile. AS soon as they stopped at the doors she turned around and called out to the pony that was supposedly following them, and sure enough Myth dropped her invisibility illusion and came over to Ice and gave her a kiss. One that Ice returned. Seeing Myth begging like a puppy she couldn't help but give her a pat on her head. "Oh don't work Myth. She'll be around for a while. Zephyr Amethyst, this is Assistant Commander Mythic Vision, giving you a test of her own. A test that you passed with blind colors. Your alertness to your surroundings will undoubtedly prove vital on some of our missions," Ice stated before the doors opened and she gestured inside.
  6. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice smiled as the other ponies seemed to know her well. The gift that she was planning tonight was indeed thoughtful, and it took a lot ofeffort on her part to complete, which included exposing one of her most embarrassing secrets to a pony that she barely new. Not just anypony though. A changling. A changling that Miss Aloe had valued and cherished with more than just her own life, but trusted her enough to start a family with. Ice trusted her, and even accepted the offer that she made to try to help her with the issue that she revealed. She continued eating. She smiled at Myth's words as well. "I knew that you'd pick up on it Mithie. I'm surprised I could hide it from you for this long, considering what I had to do to get them made. But after everything, it's all worth it," she smiled warmly. "The four of you are worth everything to me, and I would sacrifice everything to see you safe." she said warmly, waiting for everypony to finish before moving to the next part.
  7. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm could only smile as she heard Zephyr struggle with the informal name that she chose to go by most often. In a way it was cute to see her struggle with it. It wasn't hard for that to be the case though. Zephyr was a cute mare. She heard her brother reply in kind to say give her time and that the would lighten up a bit. The glare that Zephyr gave him made her smile. That was just how she was with those closest to her. The four that were important to her. In fact, she could see myth making that exact face. Raven to honestly when they started teasing before cuddle time. "I'm sure she will. Las Pegasus is the perfect place to help anypony relax," she smiled. When she heard Cornsilk ask about her friend that she was with before, she smiled again. "Windy? Yeah, in fact she's about to return to performing this week. She's been out of the show for the better part of half the year while she was on maternity leave. Tomorrow is supposed to be one of the longer shows that she's done and a tribute to her return. Oh and wait until you see her little one! Oh she's so precious! I can't imagine Windy being any happier," she said with a bright smile as they started approaching her casino. "In fact, she'll be performing right over there in front of the volcano at the Mareage!"
  8. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm would smile and nod to the reactions that she got from the two ponies, but also the other ponies from the station. Such words weren't a surprise to them and the ponies around them knew that if her casino and the way she treated her employees and her guests, the words she spoke were anything but empty. She's gathered a reputation of being one of the premiere attractions in Las Pegasus, even getting glamor and praise from her neighboring casinos. Golden Bit sang praise about her all the time. That want what was important now though. She heard the two of the ponies following her call her ma'am or commander, and she smiled. "Please, while we're in Las Pegasus, just call me Icy. I've never been overly large on titles. The more titles a pony has, the more they fell they become entitled. That's not what we're about here. We're about protecting our home from threats both foreign and domestic, and doing vital research to make it a better place for everypony to live. Even ones with life altering disabilities. You'll learn more about that once we get you into the base and sworn into the ranks. That being said, your comfort is equally as important as your training. We'll go into that more as well," she smiled.
  9. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ "Indeed! The changling look was a one night thing, but I have a few other tricks up my armor otherwise," Ice Storm said with a wink. She turned to Zephyr. "At ease. I knew that you wouldn't be late. I can only apologize of for my own delay. Between running a base and a casino, sometimes there are unexpected events that occur," she said, turning back to Corn. "I'm aware, but I doubt you're only staying here for the day, and I'm not about to have one of my own have to worry about whether her brother can find refuge or not. So you can share her room. They are plenty big enough and have multiple rooms specifically for guests," she stated. When Zephyr mentioned her honors, Ice held up a hoof. "No Zephyr. The honor is mine. If there is one thing that I've learned through all of this, and being the places that I've been, is that it doesn't matter how good a leader is, if they're followers don't want to be there. Without the loyalty and dedication of those willing to follow them, a leader has nothing to lead. Your loyalty brings be honor, and I will do everything in my power to live up to the expectations that have not only been placed upon me by others, but by myself as well. For the soldiers of STAR don't serve under me, but at my side," Ice said with a firm smile. "Now, let us walk. There is much to show."
  10. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ It wasn't every day that the ranks of STAR had gotten a new recruit that she herself had extended an offer to, but after going to Ponyville to spend some time there for Nightmare Night and seeing how dedicated this mare was to being a part of the Royal Guard. She was going for one for the occasion, and this mare had everything right with the exception of her tail being a couple inches short. A small bit that she didn't mind herself as Zephyr was a pretty pony to look at. Nopony could deny that Icy was a playmare and she was always looking to add to her herd. Only time would tell if this mare would be among those or not. One thing that Ice Storm was certain about. Zephyr Amethyst would be a great guard. She could already tell from the brief period that she acted like one that she had all the right makings for it. She couldn't not give her a chance. Because of what she was doing today, she was in her full dress. Her armor clanked as she walked through the streets and she did get some occasional looks from some of the tourists in the city, but most of the residents knew what she was. Her organization wasn't secret anymore, and that was expected. Once the Shadow of Ice was launched for it's testing missions there was no hiding what it was. In fact, it should be returning from those soon. As it was, her armor glimmered in the Las Pegasus sun as she started to step up onto the platform to spot the mare in question pacing. "Private Amethyst," Ice spoke with authority. "Cornsilk," she added, smirking a bit. "Welcome to the first day of your new lives. Welcome, to Las Pegasus," she said approaching Zephyr. She extended a hoof out to shake hers. "I'm looking forward to see what you can do here. Your brief display in Ponyville left me impressed. I have no doubt you'll be moving through my ranks with ease. If you both will follow me, we'll get you set up with your quarters within the casino," she concluded.
  11. ~~~Aloe Blossom~~~ Aloe would have followed behind the guard rather closely. She had an idea of what this was about, and she didn't want Rose to get the wrong impression and drain this pony where he stood. Especially considering little Albedo is with them. He apologized for the bluntness of the transgressions, but his duties kept him from doing things proper. She understood that to an extent. She also realized that her assumptions were correct. Though she was pleasantly surprised when she was handed the box. It was very much not shampoo shaped. In fact, it was in the kind of box that your would expect an article of clothing to be in. When she opened it, and she found the scarf, her eyes lit up. "Oh my.... This is beautiful! I don't even know what to say! Almost every time I sign up for this everypony gives me something like shampoo or herbs or something spa related. I love my spa don't get me wrong, but I am so much more than just what I do," she said, wrapping the scarf around her neck and then giving Blizzard a friendly peck on his cheek. "Thank you. I will have to return the favor. Next time you need to unwind, come by the spa. On the house," she smiled.
  12. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm listened as Luna explained the situation. The magic surrounding her remained focused, and strong, ready for anything that could be coming. She heard Luna say that it was apparently an astral projection of the pony that they were chasing. She said it was tailored specifically for herself and Celestia, but that still harbored a problem. "Well, that's going to complicate things. Do you know if this astral projection was intelligent or was it like a preprogammed projection. If it was the latter, then she knows we're here. With that being the case, we will have to proceed with the knowledge that nothing is safe going forward," she said hearing Luna yell at this projections. She would look in the direction that Luna was when she made mention of them hunting her and that they would find her. She would nod herself. "I don't know if you can hear me or not. What she says is true though, and I have resources well beyond that of an average pony. It's not a matter of if I find you, only a matter of when. And When I do, I will have done more than enough research to know how to take you down. So it would be in your best interests to prove to me that you aren't as evil as the reports have told me you are. I will find out the truth, and I will find you. In fact, I already have. I'll let you figure out what that means," she said, turning her back to the direction it was. "I will remain here to watch your flank, but we should get back to the encampment soon," she finished, spotting Nira coming up the path and giving her a motion to stop. ~~~Nira~~~ It didn't take long for Nira to make her way though the lands of the forest to get to where the former princess and her new commander was located. It still felt a bit weird to think of this pony as such now, but she knew one thing at this point. Her place in the cabinet was all but forfeit and she was perfectly okay with that. Still, there was a particular bullheadedness that she seemed to have in common with all of the leaders in they Neighpon Armies. She had this since that she was invincible and would charge head first into things that she didn't understand. However, as she started to approach that scene on the hill, she took her statement back a bit. This was the first time that she got even a glimpse of the true power of the commander, and if her life force was anything to go off of, this was only a fraction of the power that she had. Between the two of them on the hill, Nira was pretty sure that the two of them together would be invincible if they ever needed to fight. One thing was for certain... she did not want to be on the opposing side of those two. She shuddered to think of what would happen to Neighpon had Shirio actually had angered them. Especially since this ice pony said that she had a ship that would revolutionize naval combat. If it was anything like her... Nira believed it. She heard the two ponies shouting but couldn't make out what it was, and she stopped as soon as she saw the commander give her the order to. She wasn't sure what it was, but the situation seemed to be diffused for the moment. Nira didn't want to create more issues or possible create a target for herself so she stayed back and waited.
  13. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Hearing the ponies in the room talk, Ice Storm nodded in agreement. "Indeed. We've all had some rough patches, but those are behind us now. Tonight, is a night of joy and happiness," she said, smiling as she took a bit of the salad that was on the table. When she saw the tears starting to form in Myth's eyes from the emotions that she was feeling right now, she knew that she had made the right decision. She couldn't help but giggle when Raven mentioned about collecting exotic mares. "Hey, having all the exotic ponies is fun and all, but it doesn't mean anything if their personalities are stone. I just had the fortune of running into the most amazing ponies everywhere I go," she smiled. When Myth finished, Ice could have sworn that the flames were just a bit brighter. "It is as Feather said, Myth. There are no debts here. debts are something that the sharks from Las Pegasus try to break kneecaps over, and it's ponies like us that stop them. No, the only thing here is love, and there is nothing wrong with anypony here being emotional. Especially tonight, and even more especially so once I reveal the surprise that I have in store after dinner," she said, whatever aura of love Myth could pick up from her getting even brighter as she thought of what was coming. ~~~Nira~~~ Nira returned the smiles that she had gotten from everypony, but instantly had to raise an eyebrow at the nickname. Danny was a new one to her, and she wasn't entirely sold on it, but if Myth liked it, then she would let it continue. After all, she might warm up to it. The words that Myth spoke afterwards though were those of from the heart. She wasn't entirely sure how she felt about most of the ponies in the room quite yet, as she had only been with them for a few short months. But in that short amount of time, she had seen the true character of these ponies and knew that they would give their lives for each other, and for her. That alone was something that she wasn't so sure about anypony from her homeland. She started to take a sip from the chocolaty drink that was served with the salads when Myth mention about her waiting for a snooty noble to need her. The comment about made her shoot the chocolate drink through her nose, making it tingle quite a bit before holding back the chuckle that she was going to give because of it. She gave a few coughs herself before actually releasing the laugh that she had. "Haha... Hah... Oh, Ishi himself wasn't so bad. His brother though... Yeah he was pretty snooty, and was a bit out of touch with his people, if you couldn't tell by the cabinet that he had serving under him. I'm pretty sure that I was the only ones that could see the struggles that everyone was having. But none of that is important now. I am where I can be of service to others, and utilize my skills for all that need it, and not just the select few that feel like they deserve it," she smiled. She had to admit, her interest was piqued when she heard Icy say that she had a very special, emotional surprise planned for everypony after dinner. She couldn't wait to see what that might be.
  14. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm gave Myth a kiss in return when she heard her respond to the letter that Wind Dancer and Sky had written for their donations. She complimented her ability to make quality friends and she gave her another kiss. "I like to think that I have a good eye for a pony's character. You're pretty amazing yourself though Myth. Don't ever forget that," she said as Myth departed to mingle. Blue also responded in kind before making his rounds. With that in mine, Ice made sure the donations got to where they were needing to go before she looked down at the other package that she had with her. It was from Wind Dancer. She was planning in taking part in the Secret Princess event before she had to go into the hospital. She could hardly be faulted for missing something because of the condition that she was in, and bringing a new life. The name on the package though was what threw her for a loop. "Of course she would get Blizzard. Though honestly, I'm kind of surprised I didn't get him if he was participating. Twilight setting something like that up, I'm surprised she was able to pass that up," she said chuckling to herself. She started looking around the room, both for her loves, and for where Blizzard might have run off to. She smiled as she spotted Myth and Feather, and then she noticed Blizzard talking to Aloe sternly. His face was deadpan. She wasn't sure what that could be about, but she knew one thing, surly he wouldn't be brazen enough to try anything to berate her or the like or worse. For his sake. Having used Rose's services, she knew the pony was a powerful alchemist as well as a changling. Things would not bode well for him if he tried to do something stupid. For that, she was now on high alert in case she had to diffuse a situation. Still, she took a deep breath and started to make her way over to them. The light crinkling under her dress reminded her of the after effects of the meeting and the services from Rose, but a little bit of embarrassment was more than worth the lifetime of love that she would receive from her actions. The rings were the most precious give that she could give to anypony and right now they were tucked at home in a special spot that only she knew of. Well, and maybe Myth. Even if the magic wasn't active yet, Ice knew that Myth would be able to spot the rings almost immediately from anywhere that wasn't lined in lead. Her attention was halted a little bit though when she spotted the little guppy on Aloe's back. It appears Windy wasn't the only one that was bringing in new life this year. The little changling was absolutely adorable, and many ponies flocked to it. She also noticed that Nira and Kaito were behind them waiting to get in. She waved to the two of them with a relieved smile. When Feather asked where they were she panicked internally a bit at the prospect that they had gotten lost. Now that that was settled though, she turned to and watch what was going to unfold between the other three. ~~~Niradaña~~~ Nira had almost forgotten about the fox that had been following her until she spoke up, asking her to slow down. Small fox plus a big pony meant it was easy to accidentally out run her. Now that they were waiting to get inside though, that wasn't a problem. Nira would pick up the fox and place her on her back waiting in line. That was until she mentioned something about not having a fee to get in. Nira sighed and she split the donation that Icy had let her borrow from the casino with her so they could get in. Nira herself felt bad. All these ponies were giving amazing things, and she couldn't. She was but a healer that had only been in the lands for a couple months at most. "I will let you borrow some of mine. It looks like Ice Storm and the others are here already. That is good, as getting back to her home from her on our own would be a mess," She said waiting their turn. ~~~Aloe Blossom~~~ The sudden attention that herself, her love, and Albedo was getting was making Aloe nervous. There were so many ponies around her little one and oogling it that she nearly went into a maternal fight or flight. She had to take a deep breath before she could take in everything that was going on. She nodded and smiled as Rose seemed to handle Blueblood's questions relatively easily before he wished them a good Hearth's Warming before another unicorn came over. This oen was a light blue mare with kind of a frazzled mane and tail and clouded eyes. Rose seemed to know her from somewhere and instantly said her name. She was making faces at her little one and she couldn't help but giggle as Albedo tried to make some of the same faces back to her. She nodded when the mare spoke of them being alchemists. Or at least, Rose mainly. She was too of sorts, but she only recently started making things that weren't spa remedies. "Indeed, her and her sisters will all be the best little ones that anypony could ever hope for. Though I'm certain that is something everypony says about their own little ones. But we will see to it that they grow up nice, strong, and healthy, as well as any that were to help us in our journey through parenthood," she said with a smile. That smile was short lived though as she watched one of the court wizards approach them. His face was quite stern and he spoke to her directly by name. He told her to follow him and that her friend could come with her. She hadn't remembered breaking any laws, and a part of her wanted to rip this stallion a new one for the indignity in how he had addressed both her and her bride-to-be. Even if they hadn't made it official yet, they've already had little ones together and sworn their lives together. It was the next logical step. She was about to speak when she realized something. She couldn't be sure that's what this was, but she had a better hunch now of what thsi could be. She just hoped that Rose didn't rip him apart before hoof because she misread his intentions.
  15. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm watched as the pony in front of her seemed to clone herself right before her eyes. She wondered if she could learn how to do that herself, though something told her that for herself to be able to do that, that would come at a hefty price. A price that would mean that some wet sheets would be the least of her concerns. She spoke of an invisibility potion. She was going to politely decline, as there were much better uses for such a potion than hiding a diaper, but the pony had already returned with it and she didn't want to seem like she was ungrateful. "Thank you very much. If you ever need anything of me, all you need to do is ask and it's yours. I can make a lot of things happen," she said with a smile. Ice then listened as she was told that the actual enchantments would not be active until they were to be given to the ponies that they were destined for. She also said that they would let each other feel the others emotions. Not just their fear, but their love, and happiness and happiness would all be known. She also mentioned that the conventional potions weren't the only things that they sold here. The wink told her all she needed to know. "I will keep that in mind, specifically for the non-unicorns of my herd. There are plenty of spells on that topic as well," she winked back before she started to head towards the door. "I will definitely be back myself," she smiled, flicking her tail with a light crinkle before downing the potion and disappearing from vision before making her way out the door. ~~~fine~~~
  16. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice wasn't sure how long the kiss lasted, but she pulled back after a while and smiled. The flick of Rose's tail didn't go unnoticed either. When she said that Aloe while be jealous she smiled. "Well, she won't have to worry. I have no desire to take you from her. However, if you would like to play one night during our sleep study, I wouldn't be opposed. My love is true and unrelenting, but we all still like to have fun," Icy smiled as she watched the love that was gathered from her break down and forge itself into the rings that were on the counter. She was also shocked to see the diaper that she thought was to be a component was still intact. She watched as everything settled in and she heard Rose tell her that it was done. "Believe me when I say, there is no amount of thanks or bits that I can pay that would ever come closer to thanking you for the and how much this means to me. I can't wait to see the look on everypony's faces tonight when I do the deed." She said, putting the diaper and her rings back into her saddle bags. She stopped part way through though. Something told her that she should probably put the diaper on instead after the being put under that kind of distress. It didn't hurt at all, but she was fatigued and that's been more than enough for her body to betray her in the past. Using a bit of her magic, she trusted her gut and taped the garment around her. "Better to be said than sorry after that kind of exertion. My body has betrayed me before. That being said, you wouldn't happen to have an illusion spell or something that I could put over this would you?" She asked.
  17. ~~~Morning Dew~~~Water Wing~~~Wind Dancer~~~ Scarlette and Nor'easter weren't the only ones that were restless while they were listening to the screams coming from the other room. Having gone through this before, they both understood what Wind Dancer was going through. It was going to be the happiest, yet most excruciating moments of her lift, and after what seemed like an eternity, the pair of screams in the room was joined by the wailing of a third. Scarlet was the first to pick up on it, and reacted in kind, bolting towards the door and Celestia have mercy on anypony that got in Scarlet's way, or her own for that matter as she followed behind the mother of her future son-in-law. Water was right behind the two of them as they came into the room to see Wind Dancer laying in the bed, a small pool of red by her backside from the procedure, but the most important thing in the room, was the wailing foal. A filly that was a bright pink with little tufts of a lilac mane and tail was being wrapped up and soon she was nestled within the arms of Wind Dancer, who was wearing a smile larger than what could seem possible. "Mom... Dad," Wind Dancer started, tears of happiness in her eyes. "Meet your new granddaughter," she said, clutching her as close to her as possible. "The most precious thing in the world... Our little Glimmer Skies..." she said, wrapping her wing around Sky while she was holding their little one.
  18. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ "You'd be surprised," Ice Storm said in respond to what Rose had said. "To just how cruel other ponies can be. Especially the ones that once said they loved you," she finished, watching Rose tap on her amulet and she saw an aquamarine glow in her eyes. She felt a presence in her mind and she relaxed and let it in. Being alone since of the most powerful ponies in Equestria, Ice Storm knew exactly how dangerous this was. She was privy to information that almost nopony else knew about. She had to trust that Rose would only search for the information that was required for the spells to work She was relieved that it didn't hurt as much as she was expecting, though it did feel a bit draining. If too much more was taken out she might have to wear one of hey protective garments under her dress to the party later. She might do that anyway. It's not like anypony would notice. She would soon see a flash of green fire and before she knew it, 'Myth' was standing in front of her. She smiled warmly. She knew it wasn't the real Myth, but she couldn't help but feel joy and compassion as the sight. She respected Rose for even getting the eyes right. She hoped that didn't cause her to much discomfort. Thinking to herself, she smiled and moved forward to press into a kiss with her. Same that she would if Myth had actually been standing in front of her.
  19. ~~~~Ice Storm~~~ "If you would like to study my condition, that can be easily arranged. For optimum results I imagine that would require a sleep study, but I should warn you, what you could see might disturb you. There's a reason I have to wear ones that thick. The ones that are intended for incontinence just do not last overnight," Ice Storm replied. "As far as who would invoke the strongest emotional response, I cannot give an answer because I love all of them with all of my heart. There isn't one that I would do more for than any other. I would give my life for each and every one and there is no more I could give. With that in mind, proceed with the extraction however you see fit. If you need to search my mind to do it, by all means. Just, be careful. There are a lot of painful memories in there that I wouldn't want to burden you with," she replied.
  20. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm smiled and nodded when she heard of the changling's experience. She had no doubt that Rose could make many remedies for such an ailment. Especially with that much experience. What she doubted was her body's ability to respond to the treatment. She watched the magic separate even more and start moving into the rings. "I see no harm in trying. The worst that could happen is another remedy that has no effect, and if it works, them that's a bonus." "As far as extracting the love from me, there is no amount of pain or discomfort that I won't endure for those that I love, just as there will be no end to my wrath for any that would ever seek them harm. I'm more that willing to endure a brief period of discomfort to ensure a lifetime of love. However, I suppose the method you should use would be whichever one would make the strongest bond. So I will default to your judgment on the matter," Ice said.
  21. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm nodded as the mare said that her secret was safe with her. She also appeared to be deep in thought. Whether it was because of the spell that she was casting, or something else entirely though was anypony's guess. Ice watched as the diaper levitated and colors started to change on it. First to colors that she couldn't explained before starting to turn pink. The color of love. She then heard the mare offer her services to try and assist with the issue at hoof, watching as the garment split into four. She hoped that she would still have enough for the remainder of the trip now, but there was nothing more special to them that she could give. She paused herself, giving thought to the Mare's offer. "Please don't take this the won't way, because I don't doubt your abilities, this is proof enough. But many ponies have tried and failed to treat this because it's tied directly to my magic. Even the doctors in the royal infirmary that tray the princesses themselves couldn't find a remedy. So you'll forgive when I say that you're more than welcome to try, but I'm not going to hold my breath. I've accepted that this is something I'm just going to have to live with. That said, what do you need from me to extract my love for these ponies?"
  22. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm listened to the mare as she spoke. She needed something personal to bind them, the more emotional that it was the better. Ice Storm immediately knew what she needed to give her for herself. She thought for a little bit about different things that she could give for each mare. She wasn't sure, but she came to one conclusion. She could only hope it would be enough. "Forgive me in advance," she started before closing all of the windows and making sure that the door was locked before going any further. "But absolute secrecy is needed for what I'm about to reveal as it's one of my most well hidden secrets. known only to those within my circle already because well... we all sleep together so there is no hiding it. I only ask that you do not laugh yourself..." Ice Storm said before pulling out a tri-folded object with colorful prints all over it. "I have a medical issue that requires me to wear these at night so that my sheets remain dry, and it's only ever been getting worse, and will forever continue to do so according to the doctors. It's not something that can be controlled, nor is it something that can be fixed by the magic we have available. In fact, the stronger my magic is, the more issues I have. We all have a heavy emotional attachment to this because the ponies that I call my family know how much this has burdened me over the years and have stood beside me through it... This is the single most emotional item I can give," she before letting her magic release the diaper and setting it on the counter.
  23. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ Ice Storm smiled and nodded to the mare. She was surprised that she recognized her as she hadn't been back into Ponyville since the last Hearth's Warming Eve party. It further exemplified the fact that she was in the right spot for this. She also heard Rose talk about the enchantments that she was asking about. "Kind of, I was thinking of something that we could just kind of use to always to be together even when we have to be apart. And that would automatically let us know when another is in danger, and let me or other magic capable ponies can teleport to them in their time of need. If that can be done with what you have here. Unfortunately I'm presenting these to my loves tonight after the party as part of their Hearth's Warming gifts. I am willing to pay any cost needed that doesn't require me to fetch anything. Normally I'd have no problems with that, but time is of the essence. The timing has to be perfect or everything gets thrown off," Ice Storm replied.
  24. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ There was a very, very particular reason why Ice Storm was here today. The party later tonight of course, but that was not why she was currently standing in front of this shop. Standing here, behind the door was the only creature that Ice Storm felt that she could trust. Aloe trusted her with her life and she'd seen the two of them with a little one recently and no doubt it would be present tonight as well. That knowledge only made her trust this alchemist more. Plus, she was the only creature that she trusting in Equestria that could do what she was wanting. Ice Storm pushed the door open and the some of bells rang through the shop. The standard greeting to shops like this. She heard the pony behind the counter greet her and she smiled. "The pleasure is all mine. Though I must admit that the request that I have today will be an odd one, but you are the only one in Equestria that I trust enough to do it. I might not have every met you before today, but Aloe was a good friend of mine when I lived here, and if she can trust you with her life, then I can trust you with mine," she said, setting four boxes that looked like jewelry boxes on the counter. When Rose would open them, she would see for very differently styled engagement rings. The next thing that would hit the counter was a relatively large bag of bits. "I would like you to harvest a bit of my love, and imbue it into an enchantment onto these rings. One of my brides to be can only see magic, so the ring itself would usually go unnoticed, but these four ponies are extremely special to me. I would die for each and every one of them. I don't want the love to affect them in any way and I don't want it try to to force them to return my feelings. That's not needed. But as a way to connect all of us together. Where when one of us is in trouble, the rest of us can answer the call," Ice explained.
  25. ~~~Ice Storm~~~ The mane event here in Ponyville was always fun, and Twilight always put on a good one. It was to be expected though. Twilight did have access to the best party planner in Equestria at a drop of the bit. However, there was one thing that Twilight's party lacked that the one here would have. Heart. Sure her family were all there, but it was all interactions and being spread around. Everypony there were friends sure, and she loved seeing all of them again. She even met some new faces and a lovely little filly tadpole! that had to be the most adorable thing she'd ever seen! She was so happy for Aloe! She was always such a good pony for her and those around her. She deserved to be happy like that. But the one here at her Ponyville house was for her and her family alone. The four ponies that were worth more to her than any other in Equestria. Raven Shadowfire, Mythic Vision, Nira and Feather Blitz. Nira was more of an aquantence at the moment, but she was part of Myth's group, and Myth was a part of hers, so that Made Nira part of her herd by default. She was taking this opportunity to get to know the mare a bit more. She seemed to harbor many of the same thoughts that she did on several matters. She presumed it wouldn't be long before she was a true part of the herd. Everything had been decorated, and their dinner had been set. A set of five large fresh salads around a long table, and a decorated tree with the Flames of Friendship stayed a lit above it. There was a lit fire in the fire place, but that was more for the comfort of Everypony else other than her. Ice Storm herself sat as far away from the open flame as possible. They had some gifts at the event, but all of the special gifts were the ones that were saved for here. She had a feeling hers was going to be the most special out of all of them though, and no amount of gift wrap would ever be able to contain it. She'd made up her mind and had been planning on doing this for a while, and now it was time to make everything official. ~~~Nira~~~ Things were very much different over here in Equestria, but in so many ways, they were exactly the same. The celebrations that they had to bring ponies together and celebrate that togetherness was something that they had in common with Neighpon and she was certain at this point that all ponies had some sort of holiday in their culture for such occassions. In honest, the only thing that was really different here, was the language that was spoke. There were some minor cultural differences, and major architectural differences, but for the most part, things were nice. Everything just boiled down to respect your fellow pony. It was a sentiment that Nira found very easy to get behind. AS it was, she now found herself in this strange house which is apparently one of many that Miss Storm owned. Everything was decorated, and this ponyes respected her. In a way, it reminded her of how things had been with Ishi. She couldn't deny that she still had some feelings for him, but she couldn't stay in that circle anymore. If she had, she'd likely have started a war between herself and Shiroi, and she wasn't sure that she could win that. Shiroi had spies everywhere. At least here she was out of her reach. With that she put those thoughts away, and focused on the salad in front of her, and the mares around her. They had welcomed her with open hooves, a couple of them literally. They made her feel more welcomed in the short time they knew her than the circle did the entire time she was there. This was where she belonged. A place where she could help others and be respected. Not help one and be ridiculed. For that, she would be forever grateful for them. "I cannot say how thankful I am, that you ponies let me come back with you. My time in my homeland had met its end, and we believe things always happen for a reason. I believe you ponies were the saviors that I was needing to free me from a loss yet to come. I will do everything in my power to repay that debt."
