1. "Anything yet on how we can get to finding Rarity?" Twilight asked.
2. 87. Your pony does not live in a cave and give out stuff to wayfaring heroes. They might not live in a cave, period. 87a. Lamp oil? Rope? Bombs? You want it? It's yours, my friend. As long as you have enough rupees. 87b. Sorry, Link. I can't give credit. Come back when you're a little, mmmmmmmm, richer!
3. Harrington Sleuth had helped prepare this camp for days along with other staffers in anticipation of the upcoming week of camp, and now opening day had finally arrived. He had taken this week-long job of watching over the colts as well as helping identify tracks of nearby critters for a bit of pay and since he remembered how fun camp was for himself. Well, except for flight camp, but he got over that soon enough and went to a one-week summer camp one year and went back as long as he could. Now, he felt this was his time to give back and help the fillies and colts who were coming this week have the time of their lives. That was supposed to be the point of camp as he saw it; flight camp didn't quite nail that part down for him. He had set his travelling wagon in a secure location away from the general areas the campers would be allowed. He would only go back in case of an emergency or if they ran short on any supplies. He was sure he would have anything necessary, but with how much they had stocked up of everything from boats to food, he didn't foresee any problems with a shortage. There was plenty even if the main supply they were going to use was rendered unusable for any reason. He sat in on the conference with the rest of the staff as they met to finalize a few things before they began working with the campers as they arrived. He thought of what he should ask while he had an opportunity now so he didn't have to take chances later, but at the same time, he probably would not know what to ask the other staff until things started to play out in the week. "Animal tracks...sounds interesting. I'll be sure to scout those out ahead of time so I don't lead them to any bears or cougars." He made a mental note of the game trail as he continued pondering what to ask. He finally raised his hoof after a bit. "What should I do or say if any of the colts want to pull a prank during the week? Do I need to know what they plan to do or should I stop them beforehoof?"
4. I just noted it more as Fridge Horror than a full-blown connection. Taking it to that extreme would be like saying oxygen takes 80 years or so to kill humans.
5. For those who didn't catch it at first, compare with the one from Lou Gehrig: Know what else I find coincidental (and kinda horrible)? Lou Gehrig was dying of a disease that later was named after him. His nickname when he played baseball? The Iron Horse. Iron Horse disease also refers to ALS. :fish:
6. Twilight was occupied with thoughts of what to ask Rarity when they met again.
7. It seems that the continuity of this isn't over. It's just that there will be a large time gap between parts 2 and 3. But I really liked this episode. As for rushing it, I thought it was built up from the first episode all along and this was just the final step. It also helped settle some thoughts of what would go wrong from this. Also, SEVEN (count 'em) songs! In one 30-minute episode! Not even the two-part premieres/finales did SEVEN songs! (A Canterlot Wedding did 5) Reprises counted for this purpose. "A True, True Friend" is going to be stuck in my head for a while. Especially once I find it on the Tube. Wonderful episode and a great way to cap off the season. And so, the wait begins anew...
8. "Alright..." She better be or Chrysalis is getting a broken muzzle.
9. "Oh, good...they found Rarity...wait...with Chrysalis!?" She huffed through her nose, angered by the ideas of what the Queen could have done to Rarity.
10. "Yeah...this fight with Queen Chrysalis. Next thing I knew, I was here." She heard they would be able to find Rarity. "Okay. Now, where is it on this body..." She looked herself over and finally found her cutie mark on the side of one of her legs, lifting up the long skirt she had on to reveal it. "Found it."
11. "Yeah...I'm fine...I was just having a dream about the fight before we were dropped into this world..."
12. Twilight had flashbacks of the fight with Chrysalis in her sleep, waking up a few hours later in a cold sweat as she sat upright on the couch. It was a dream this time...but I wonder...did she get sucked into this world, too?
13. 83. Your unicorn is not a direct descendant of Starswirl the Bearded (it at least cannot equate to magic powers comparable to Twilight's) 84. Your OC did not cause a disturbance, knowingly or otherwise, so disastrous that it required Celestia/Luna to deal with it (or your OC would have had a place in Canterlot...next to where Discord was for 1000 years)
14. "Look, Harvey, I've pulled off several things before while tired. And I'm not even all that--" Twilight fell asleep before she could complete her sentence.
15. "Lay down? I'm fine. And I need to find them as soon as possible."
16. "Rarity and Fluttershy are here, too!? Where!? Surely, the others are here if they wound up in this world with me. But who knows who else ended up here from Equestria? So where did they end up?"
17. Sleazy director? Sounds like we need an "undercover" detective in there. Who really doesn't officially work for anyone, but could try his hoof at acting while keeping watch for anything suspicious. "Surely, the director's just making me fly through a flaming hoop for effect. Nothing odd about that."
18. (For some reason, I keep picturing Demoman.) "A...show? This...this is...what is this? A...TV? What kind of magic runs this little screen? And...how can it show you things going on in Equestria?"
