    Theory on Alicorns

    (You are about to read a blog written by the pony; Time Spinner. This is Important. XD)
    As many of you know I stand against alicorn OC's as many of them are so super overpowered. Now while this is true, could anypony become an alicorn? Well...that might be true. So I;ve been reading a few things about alicorns and a few new things did show p. For example Cadence became an Alicorn a lot like Twilight did except with love instead of friendship and Cadence used to be a pegasus. Well this has taught me that one could become an alicorn just by learning about a specfic thing and perhaps having to be watched by one of the princesses. Now would this mean a Unicorn with Oh I don't know...the ability to control Time be able to become an alicorn. I HATE THAT! Why would that make any sense. I could see Twilight being the first unicorn becoming and Alicorn but Cadence used to be a pegasus? Actaully...I don't doubt that. Some of that does make a bit of sense for Equestria standards. Not to mention I've done some crazy things I shouldn't be able to do so here is a theory I want to think about.
    Can A pony become an alicorn because they know a lot about something? So...I could become an Alicorn, since I know how to manipulate Time. I mean I wouldn't but could like an Earth pony could become an Alicorn because they know a lot about like...justice? I don't know, I think they might as long as one of the current alicorns could become an alicorn. I also wonder if Celestia and Luna were born alicorns or if they were some other species? That's all I've got for now...I'll probably come back to this after Neo and I learn more about the Alicorns so yeah.

    Well last night me and my girlfriend went to go see Equestria Girls. (Her idea, not a brony. This is how much she loves me!) What did We think well I'll tell you in our review of Equestria Girls!
    The story's like this: The Mane 6 + Spike go to the Crystal empire for I think a Princess Summit but it's never actually addressed. While staying there Sunset Shimmer steals Twilight's Crown and goes to Earth...or is it Equestria 2.0, Equestrarth? I don't know. Anyway Twilight has to go after her, get her crown back, and do it all in under three days OR THE MOON WILL FALL! and by that I mean the portal to Equestria will fall.
    The art style of the show was pretty good. It reminded me of Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Littlest Pet Shop. While this is good and all I prefer the normal art style. It's not bad but could have been done a bit better.
    The animation was really good. Better than most of what we've seen in the show. The swirls, and clicks, and dust, and explosions, and all the other stuff was animated amazingly and done very well. I loved every bit of it.
    The characters were okay. I noticed that some of the things that had to be changed since they were humans and I'm okay with that but sometimes I think it could have been done better. Mainly Pinkie Pie but that's about it. Don't get me started on 'Brad', I totally hate that Guy! Look I love shipping characters together and all (Ship it like FedEx.) but Brad is ridiculous. They pull the 'love at first sight' card which isn't supposed to happen. He literally appears in two scenes then asks Twilight to the Dance. They don't even speak to each other that long. How does that work?
    The background characters made me squee like a fanboy everytime I saw them. Vinyal Scratch appeared a lot as well as the CMC but Octavia was missing, as was Derpy and Doctor Whooves. Their are two scenes I want to talk about here though. There is one scene were Sunset says "like the last girl who thought she was better then me." Which make me automatically think Trixie. Then I hoped Trixie would show up. She did and I died. Twilight's trying to get something out of a vending Machine and Trixie shows up and says. "The great and Powerful Trixie will now get a snack!" Then she puts a coin in the vending machine and does just that. I died laughing. The other scene is of pictures of Sunset Shimmer which I swear are references to villains before. The first one is just her smiling and acting innocent which reminded me of Discord in Keep calm and Flutter on. The second one is an evil smile which reminded me of Queen Chrysalis disguised as Cadence and the last one is her laughing manically which was king Sombra. I love this. There's even a reference to Nightmare moon were Twilight is talking to vice Principal Luna with the windows shut and it's really dark. She's acting like a villian and as soon 'brad' walks in the lights go on and Luna is a good guy again! I can't tell if it really is a reference but I'm going to say they tried.
    The music was okay here. I mean they were pretty catchy but I think Magical Mystery Cure did a better job at this. I don't really remember any of the songs.
    The story was easy to follow and was filled with High school Drama. Ironically as a High school student I could't relate to most of this. I could to the introduction of each group but nothing else like that happens at my school. It was pretty bad at doing this and was quite sad.
    The Voice acting was amazing and I really loved all the voices, especially Rebecca Shoichet who did a magnificent job as Sunset Shimmer.
    Dialogue was really good here but there were a few lines that made me remember this is a show for little Girls. Still Good Job!
    Let me just get this out of the way: BRAD IS THE WORST PONY/HUMAN EVER! I know his real name is Flash Sentry but I hate it! They make this character unlike Twilight a lot but then they somehow start dating? How does that work?
    Now Equestria Girls isn't a bad Movie, I've seen far worse and after you get past Brad it's really good to see all the references (Transformers!) and just have a good time. You may even meet a few more Bronies in your community. I do know that there was this one guy at the end of the movie who yelled "Rainbow Dash is best pony!" and then Someone else goes "No it's Applejack." Then "Vinyl Scratch is best!" Then I go "That's a weird way to say Twilight Sparkle!" then we all laughed and it was a good time. As much as I could try I can't hate this movie. It's MLP and it was done very well. Almost every factor that came out of this movie was good and I'm considering Buying this movie. A quote that My girlfriend says all the time is "Innovation Requires Risk." and I think that it did a good job at being innovative. I give this movie a B-. Well done but could be better. Work on the music a bit more, and make Brad better done and it works. It also get the Neo Seal of Awesomeness!

    I also need two OC's with a backstory and a voice actor with them. One needs to be female and the other could be either gender. They will be main characters in Destiny and Diary of a lost foal. They do have to follow these Rules:
    1. They can't be overpowered
    2. No Alicorns (Unless you have a good reason why they we have never heard of them.)
    3. Don't break the Character Story Arcs.
    4. Keep Interaction with Cannon characters low
    5. If they have a power than give them a kickback for the power. (Something they suffer from after or during the use of said power.)

    Once upon a time, there was a band of pirates! A crazy group made from a bunch of users here. There was QuickLime, BrambleRose, Bellosh, Steeleagle, and Dio! There used to be Rosewind, but I think they locked her in a treasure chest with a bunch of really bad cupcakes that imagination made, also he was there too. Finally they all sailed aboard the S.S. Raridash, a ship with a lot of promise and with a lot of evidence to prove that it was a great thing!
    However the crew members had some very odd quirks. The leader of the crew, Dio, wanted to live forever. Bellosh had an odd fascination with evil, albeit fashionable, hats. QuickLime enjoyed taking these hats from Bellosh and hiding them all over the ship, for him to find three months later. Bramblerose loved to eat Imagination's cupcakes, even though everyone else thought they tasted like worms. Imagination had a back room on the ship that no one else went into. I mean I assume that's where he kept his wood working stuff because at random times in the night you could hear a chainsaw in there, then some screaming, and then silence. Steeleagle believed in spontaneous combustion because unlike those so called "scientists" Steel knew the truth.
    Anywho the band learned of an ancient relic known as the chest of Rosie wind, a chest full of glorious items so unique and mind blowing, your face would implode upon setting your eyes on it. So obviously the pirates went after it. They ventured all over the land looking for any sign of it, and meeting some interesting fellows. Like a robot-man who only wanted to love, a naughty Gazelle who was queen of a city for a bit, some random guy who told really weird stories, a lady with witch powers, and of course, The duke of cinnia-bon.
    After searching for so long, they came across a town of talking muffins, who gave them the chest, which they took back to the S.S. Raridash crew. They opened the box and what do they find? Nothing, because the destination wasn't the treasure but the journey, the people the met and helped, that was the trea- just kidding they found Rosewind in the box. They stood around, slightly confused for a second and opened the other treasure chest, and what did they find? Rosewind. So for a matter of three seconds there were two Rosewinds in the world. Then a tsunami came and the Rariddash ship sank. That was the end of the S.S. Raridash, oh and then it exploded and came back as the U.S.S Rarity. Then everyone exploded.
    The End.

    So now that I've played with the pony generator let's get to this review. By the way I won't be giving this a score since it's an incomplete product.
    The Good:
    We got Head Turning which is really awesome! I love to look at Time's head when he's staring at me awkwardly.
    We got brand new Mane and Tails! However that's gonna get veto'ed in the bad section.
    We got neckwear back and that's awesome because Bow-tie Time is Best Time.
    We got more accessories for almost everything I can notice.
    We got new hats, which i fine and all but I don't normally...WHAT! Time can have a fedora now? What!
    I like the art style here. It seems different then the style in Version 2 but I can't really describe how.
    The color selection has been made a whole lot easier now that we pick swatches.

    However with good there is always bad and this is no exception, though it is an incomplete project so...
    The Bad:
    Cutie marks can't be added through the generator anymore. Though if you have a clear view of the flank you shouldn't have any trouble adding it yourself.
    Many of the Mane's and Tail's such as copyrighted ones, were taken out.
    Clothes are no longer around and that makes me sad. I was just getting used to clothes making in Version 2.
    Sometimes when moving down a wheel, it will stop when it shouldn't. I only got this thrice but still it's annoying.

    Overall I like Version 3 of Pony Generator. It's really fun and has a bunch of new stuff for me to add to my characters. Is it better than version 2? Well...kind of...for someone who can add cutie marks easily with a clear view, I can live with it and if your making a foul with no cutie mark, use this one! If not, then it' up to you, might want to use version 2.

    Now that I've calmed down from a few other things and finally have a chance to post this I'm gonna. This is the blog post where I talk about my future and other things that are coming up. So let's get started. Now for those of you who don't know, I love video games. I grew up playing video games, my family is a bunch of gamers, and I go to gaming conventions, like gencon. Roleplaying really added to my love of gaming, giving me chance to think about a character in a new perspective. I'm always thinking about my future and it's because of video games that I know what I want to do with my life. I want to become a video game designer. Now I've played with game making programs before such as RPG maker, game maker, blender etc. and I've had so much fun making these games. I'm only sixteen now but I know I'll have a fun time designing characters, dungeons, and the like. RPG games have always been a favorite to me and it's because of RPG maker that I've learned how to make them. Which is my future project, to make an RPG. Now I could go about this RPG pretty differently and I've been thinking through what kind of RPG I want to do. After some time I wanted a pony RPG game using characters I've created and canon characters. That grew into asking permission to from you guys to use some of your characters as well, and soon I found myself making a video game directed towards the users of canterlot, all with inside jokes we'd understand. Then after an hour of playing final fantasy 13 I was thinking of a way to incorporate a paradigm shift mechanic into the game. The ideas kept popping up about what kind of game it could be, what mechanics it should have, and characters to use. I had over 140 characters I needed to ask permission for, that was how many ideas I got. Then I got one idea that I really love, it was already going to be a game made for canterlot, so why not make them game about canterlot? That's the idea I'm going by. So with that in mind, the name was changed to Canterlot and the characters became users. Of course I haven't gotten to work on the actual game, since I still need permission to use users as characters but my ideas began to swell and now, I'm going to try and make an RPG about canterlot using the members here as characters. Now not all of them would be party members or main characters mind you, Rosewind, for an example, made a great boss in my head. So with that in mind, I'm going to be sending out some messages asking for people to be characters in the game. The game will be free, It will be at E to T possibly for some language and suggestive themes. The game still needs a lot of work put towards it and if anyone knows of any great RTP packs (for free) or some characters, I'd be eternally grateful. Also your character (if in game) will be based off of what I think you look like, Let's say QuickLime was a character, she'd have black short hair, wear glasses, probably use swords and daggers, etc. Anyways Canterlot that's all I have for now, I need to get to some work on a few other things I'm gonna do.

    Well here we go! Now we're going to do something a bit different and give this episode a bit of a darker message. I was thinking about saving this for October but I'm doing it now, so let's get started!
    So Story of the blanks starts with you playing as Applebloom, somewhere (Being outside or in the everfree forest.) you find Twilight who is taking an item to Zecora. She thanks you and also says that you don't want to be out in the dark. On your way home you encounter some fallen trees. Twilight tells you to wait there as she works but when you move up you'll find a filly who wanders into the forest, and as you follow something really creepy tingles down your spine.
    The story at first was hard to understand, even after I played through the game again it was still hard to figure and piece together but I soon did figure out the real story was and I loved it. The concept of creepy things in equestria has always made me excited. I also do wonder how the first cutie mark was discovered and how other's reacted to it so such a thing.
    The story does have some holes though, does Zecora know anything about this? Did Twilight see any of the events going on or was she being too focused on other objectives? Was it even real at all? These are the things that never really get answered. Since no one but Applebloom reacts to it I can't answer if it was true, and even a little talk at the end still doesn't answer anything because it was just a monologue, so if no pony else is talking did it all just go on in Applebloom's head?
    Gameplay was interesting to say the least. I mean I know the game was horror but it was really easy and really short. There's one part where you might get stuck but other than that I don't think there is any other place that is too difficult. I did love a puzzle in the beginning of the game but that was the only puzzle and kind of made me depressed that it was the only one. I would have loved to see this event take place over a long time so I could play more but alas the gameplay is short and seems to be a running, puzzle game with only one puzzle. (Possibly two if you count the rock.)
    The graphics of the game were meant to be in 8-bit and even in 8-bit it's kind of creepy, the whole aura about it coupled with the colours of the dark creepy forest or bright red fire really make it seem creepy. I happened to play it at 1 in the morning EST and I can say that I was creeped out. Also the designs of the ponies really fit into the setting as well.
    Now to be fair I hadn't heard about this game before and while I did study creepypasta during a time before canterlot I purposefully did not want to read story of the blanks. Being an MLP creepypasta I just shoved it aside, gaming creeppastas were my favorite and I did read some others but never did I read any MLP creepypasta. That being said I was glad I gave the game a chance as it was fun to play and I did like it. However the game should be longer. (Though it should be set up for a sequel according to the ending.) With all of this in mind guys I give this game a:
    C+/B-...wait that's not right...

    It's a good game that is short enough to be worth your time but I do think it should be longer or at least have sequels.     (First of all First post! Second of all while I haven't been an RPer for long I have noticed and learned a few things.)
    (Warning you are about to read a post written as Time Spinner not Neoexlucky. That is important! XD)
    So one of the things that is really common with Bronies and pegasisters is an OC. Yourself or a character you made as a pony. Making an OC can be very easy lately as all you have to do is google a few things and play with the Pony generator then *poof* you have your OC but how do you know if your OC is a good OC. Granted some of the rules about it are obvious like No alicorns or something but there are some things. Your OC/ RP character has to be able to be presented in the world of equestria. How do you do this? Well here in Canterlot all you have to do is submit an application and wait for the Mods to say something. However I have seen some OC's that would make you think' Really'? Now while those were made by a close friend of Mine *cough* Neoexlucky *cough* but I don't want bronies and Pegasisters to learn this. I have noticed that eventually I will probably be hit with the OP hammer as I am pretty powerful. I mean I can stop Time granted it's only for twelve seconds and I can't control it but still I am powerful and will probably end up being re-made again or stay in the FFA/Crossover section for that. If I had to suggest anything to any RPer looking to send in an APP to world of Equestria it would be this. Don't think that it will be approved as soon as it is in. Often times when you send it in, it will need work. Now that's not saying the character is bad mind you and in fact might be great as a main character of His/Her own series but this is My little pony and the mane six are the main characters here. World of Equestria would be like an adventure of normal ponies with normal powers. Just be open to the ideas the mods and helpers give. It's not bad advice and could truly help your character. They might (Hopefully not with me.) Suggest to make a new OC just for WOE. While this is good advice, just submit to the changing of the character if you really like that character. Also unless your character is like the ultimate good guy then their personality should remain the same as I don't see a reason the Mods would object to it. Also a dark background (Which I have. .-.) probably won't fly in the world of equestria. So if your character saw his entire family die in some gory way, your probably going to have to change that. Remember that equestria never has anything too dark. I should also mention to stay out of Time travel. (Leave it to the professionals like Me and doctor whooves.) It gets really confusing and unless your really good at it the reader will be confused. Not to mention that even if your good at it, the mods will probably still say no. (:'|) Truly it is difficult to be accepted into WOE and I would recommend you to have a few posts under your belt. I would say maybe parasprite or 20% cooler. (About 400-500 posts.)     Okay so it's safe to say that hasbro has had some disappointing moments in the history of Mlp. I don't want to do this after the show is over because if that happens I might be dead so...that's disappointing...anyways, We're going to talk about a few that strike out to me the most. So let's start.
    Derpy- Sigh...as a pony it's really hard to see another pony fall into such problems. Derpy was truly a sad moment for the bronies and I remember the Neo being kind of angry and sad at the same time when she didn't show up in an episode. This also happened after the voice change and censorship. Derpy was a great character and I side with pro-derpy side on this. In what way was derpy offensive? I know that some descriptions say that it says something else but Derpy always meant to me the mistakes and times we messed up and the moment when you just smile and say 'I'll try again tomorrow.' I know that's been said but It's kinda true for me.
    Crystal empire/Cadence: On the plus side, we got shining armor and we got some great songs. (Favorite is failure song and this day aria.) On the down side, we get this kingdom noponies heard of, The OC of sauron, and we got cadence. While Cadence is okay the one question in my mind is why? We have Celestia who raises the sun and Luna who raises the moon so what does cadence actually do? I like Cadence but I think we could have gone into more detail with her...Maybe tell us she controls love or something. I don't know, I'm just a unicorn. Either way I think Cadence needs a bit more work as would Sombra if he wasn't dead...I think.
    Ali Twi: For so long Bronies either hated the concept, loved it, or didn't care. What did I think? I was on the fence. On the one hoof this could lead to a few cool episodes like maybe Rainbow dash teaching Twi how to fly. (Dang you ending scene in mlp!) Possibly even some episodes of making Time for friends. You can tell Cadence was for the pink celestia's but what about Alicorn Twilight? I've yet to figure out if this was lauren faust's plan or if it was hasbros...Neo is rewatching the series and will probably do some type of review or whatever somewhere else but as far as we've seen in season 1 it looks like things she would need to know in order to become a princess but...I'm kind of confused...Let's move on.
    Fighting is magic: WHAT THE HAY HASBRO! THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT GAME AND YOU GO AND CANCEL IT! WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    ahem. Anyways I'm a little upset at this. The game would have been great and the music and demos looked amazing. I would have loved to beat Neo at this. Many other bronies have acted like this and a few have acted like it was nothing but...I want it. I really liked it's ma- oh wait nevermind. Anyway We should change the subject before I explode.
    Overall Hasbro could Have turned out worse and Some of their decisions made Mlp better...right? Nothing too bad happened...Except maybe Alitwi...and FIGHTING IS MAGIC. RAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! oh and derpy...

No but seriously I was going to help Neo with a review of Winter wrap up because he doesn't like to have two blog entries on the front page (He's a try hard.) But then you guys go and make an Over meme and cause all of this hullabaloo. So how did this become a meme? I know mojo wrote an Entry that said it's over and then Quciklime said it's far from Over and then Steel eagle wrote an entry that made me contemplate my whole life (Thanks Steel, you don't make a pony think about there life!) After that it's blank. I guess Imagination wrote Over and out then Bellosh wrote It it over yet then Halide/vegata wrote IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then I guess sonic rainboom girl wrote I know it's over. WHEN DID THIS BECOME A MEME! DOESN'T IT HAVE TO LIVE LONGER THAN THIS TO BE A MEME! I CALL OBJECTION!

    Hello there! Welcome to Open an OC, where I'm going to talk about how to make OC's and things that have to do with OC's. This episode we're going to talk about the types of OC's. Well cover what exactly each character means and what you really have to do with them later. Let's begin.
    The Logo OC

    Meet NeoExlucky, an OC from the fandom of reality. What is his purpose? To stand there and look pretty. That's it. Logo OC's don't really have a purpose, their just a character you create to represent something. The Rules to a Logo OC are that they just have to exist and be drawn. You don't even have to name them or do anything else with them after that. Best (or worse) of it all is that their looks don't even really matter. For example another Logo character is Philsterman10's OC.

    Why does his look not matter? Well he's an Alicorn OC, but no one cares. That's really what a Logo OC does. They stand there, look pretty, and do nothing else. Now they don't always have to be just that, for example the third type of OC could also be a logo Character.
    Mind Character

    A mind character is a character you create with your own cannon and with whatever you want. They could if you wanted, be used in roleplay but the only thing stopping them is the cannon and you. You need to know everything about a mind character from what their favorite cereal is to their favorite voice actor. This is rider, My vocaloid OC. He's in love with Hatsune Miku, both his parents work at Nintendo, he's a 15 years Old, etc. Every character was at one point a mind character. Mind characters normally are just a few steps away from being our third type of character.
    Fan Character

    [colour=#000000]The best of all the characters, a fan character is a character you know everything about and have done something with, you made a Fanfiction with them, did a roleplay, whatever! You know everything about them and hopefully you haven't made a character everyone hates. This is a Fan character. Time Spinner is this example and he's great at what he does, he's also one of my logo's as a representation of me and was also once a mind character, but I don't like to talk about that. Time Spinner's been there since the beginning an I've never looked back. This is a character that everyone should have. Maybe even make up how each character knows each other and so on. I actually have a tie in for all of my characters and how they all tie in together but we'll talk about that at another time.[/colour]

    Let's begin the marathon of hatred, 4 pieces of fan content , 4 reviews, 1 Neo...joy...
    I know I said we'd be doing Button mash this week, but I really wanna hurry, due to the review I have planned after this, so with that in mind, let's tear this idea a new one, what's worse, this thing is personal...
    Snowdrop is absolutely awful. It's about an terrible filly, with a stereotypical archtype, and is just...bad. Let's start with the easy part, the good. The animation isn't too shabby here, and the voice acting is also quite nice. If I have to say something good about this, I'll give it to these two things. Now the animation is the best part of the fan-content, and the voice acting is...mostly good. Most of the children aren't all that good, but some of the other characters are pretty good.
    Now then, let's talk about the bad part of this episode, everything else. Everything is just...let me try and make some sense of it.
    The storyline, really ties into the character of Snowdrop who has such a stereotypical archtype that isn't even played out well. Normally when a character has an archtype, it can be played out well, but Snowdrop's isn't. Snowdrop has what some of my friends call, "The Disabled" archtype, which comes from her blindness, but she's mary-sue, so she's even more ridiculous. Let's check things off.

    Has a disability that should keep her from doing things, but doesn't seem to do anything?
    Said disability causes people to look down on her?
    Gives something to a canon character and becomes "Like a sister" to them?
    Never accepts help, even though her character shows no signs of being headstrong?
    Somehow creates something that really doesn't need to have a backstory?

    This character just makes no sense. She has all these traits that she shouldn't have in her character. There was a fanfic I read once, that I won't say the name of because it was VERY nsfw. The character was called Jenna, and she was in a zelda fanfic. Jenna was a normal merchant, best friend of Princess Zelda, considered a daughter to the king of hyrule, and was married to Link. So a mary-sue. She shares many qualities with Snowdrop, and she is the reason I can look at this kind of character a bit more in depth. Two friends of mine, they go by ObsidianDragon, and Quill (Not Quillhart) read this with me, and if they ever read this, I want to seriously thank them for showing me the fic.
    Back on topic, the story made no sense at all, and I personally think that the reason why people like this, is because of the people behind. If you were to make this a fanfic, by someone who had just found the fandom, the story would have been tore apart and never would have gotten this popular. I absolutely HATE Snowdrop! So you know what? With all this in mind, this piece of fan content gets my reviewer rating of: 3/10, it's just horrible.
    Well now that that's out of the way, I have a lot more to work on. This weekend I wanna tackle something that has eluded my gaze until now, Dusk's Dawn, I'm told it's bad. Yay...     There were a lot of great things in this episode. We got to see an old rival of Rarity's, we got to see a city that we've heard a lot about, and we got Rarity to get tested on her generosity, plus she got that spindle of rainbow thread that I believe may be a key to the lockbox from the season premiere, that or it just shimmers oddly.
    So we're going to start off by looking at the song since it was near the beginning and I want to talk about it. The song was pretty good, both the reprise and the main part of the song really fit the episode and the character. I like the song, and it is in my playlist of pony songs but it's not in my top ten, though it's quite catchy and I love tune.
    Now we have the character, Coco pommel who is really interesting. I feel like she knows more than we think. Of course she may just be a normal pony. Though the fact that she gives Rarity the sparkly thread makes me feel like she knows what it is, or that she was given it by somepony else. Either I think we might be able to see her again, with maybe a bit of a different role. Either way, we have 1/6 keys done! (I think)
    Now, I don't know many people into fashion, in fact I only know about 3 people into it. However a lot of the ways they act in the show seem accurate to the ways I've seen my friends act during times like this. Especially my friend Winterose, who acts a lot like Rarity does already, and this episode kind of just proves it. The storyline was also quite nice in this episode. I love how the characters act, I like the song, the new characters, (especially the secretary) and the city. So let's take a look at the overview and finish this review up.
    Before we finish this though, I do want to point out how rude they were to Twilight. Normally I wouldn't mind since they are supposed to be pretty mean, but now they're being mean to Princess Alicorn Twilight Sparkle. Shouldn't they know that she's a princess since, you know,wings and horn? I thought they would address Twilight being an alicorn more in this season but so far, no dice. That's not necessarily a bad thing mind you, but it's still something to ponder over.
    Everything in this episode was fabulous! It somehow manages to get the momentum from flight to the finish back. The characters didn't step out of there personalities, the music was fantastic, the city of Manehatten looked amazing, everything was good. I'd say this episode could rival my favorite episodes, and it makes 2nd in my favorite slice of life episodes. The number one spot; is taken by suited for success, another amazing Rairty episode. Man, they make some really good Rarity episodes, why can't applejack get some of that? Also just wanted to say that I read Starswirl's review and he pointed out that this was a raridash episode, and after some thought, he's right it is. Anyways, with all this in mind, this episode get's my reviewer's rating of a 9/10. Amazing episode, I still have very high hopes for season 4 and I look forward to the next episode!     We've survived my friends! All things are right in this world now. No longer will we have to feed on breadcrumbs and headcannons, now we feast on episodes and very fragrant sparkling grape soda. Now in preparation for this, I say we take a look at this episode, analyze it for what it's worth, and figure out the true meaning of christmas...I mean the true meaning of season 4.
    I'm glad that the intro changed. While the song is still the same, and in the beginning Twilight is still a unicorn, it's nice to see some of the other charaters get recognition, like the CMC, Luna, and Mayor Mare. It also makes me believe that this season may focus more on the mane 6's interactions with other characters, and that's pretty cool. I'd love to see more of that. Especially with characters who we know already exist but they seem to just be there.
    I'm glad that we at least got some recognition on Twilight's flight abilities. It's good to know that we still have a chance for Rainbow Dash to teach Twilight how to fly still. Granted it looks like she already is, but maybe throughout the season, Twilight will get better at flying and become a good flyer. Though she didn't seem to have that much trouble with flying at the end of season 3...
    It's really interesting to see Equestria in the past. Especially the old castle. I think it's safe to say that we've seen that castle before (Season 1 episode 2) and we'll see it in the close future (Season 4 episode 3). It's also my theory that Twilight will be given a renovated version of the castle of the two sisters so she can stay in Ponyville with her friends while still being a ruler. It might not happen but it would be interesting.
    Seeing Discord again was really fun. I'm glad that he got to come back, and while I wish he showed up more and would have, say; gone into the forest with them. It's nice that he got the screen time he deserved. It's also nice to see a callback to Keep calm and flutter on, which happens to be in my top ten episodes to watch. I'm also glad that Zecora showed up. She was really nice to see again, and she provided the potion for Twilight to change. However...I want to bring up something. This 'alicorn' magic didn't really seem like alicorn magic. In fact right after the episode I went and watched the season 3 premiere again. The dark magic that Celestia, Twilight, and Sombra use in those episodes is the alicorn magic. I plan to make a theory out of it for my youtube channel soon, but for now I don't really have anything. They are connected though, I know that.
    The tree of harmony is interesting...I didn't expect to find the origins of the elements of harmony, nor did I expect the elements to be taken away. Not only does that make me a little sad, but it also caused one of the biggest mysteries of the show since Star Swirl the bearded's journal in the crystal empire. That mystery is...
    The lock of harmony. Now it's obvious that with six locks, and six keys, it's going to be from the mane 6. Now this could mean a variety of things. I theorize that throughout the season, the mane six will accomplish very big things in their lives, maybe even be tested on what they know about friendship, or about their element. When they are successful in their test, they will get their key and when all the keys are together; something will happen. I don't know what that something is, but it's something. It's also possible that the keys will be gained throughout the next few seasons, or may be gained from ponies outside the mane 6 but it's more than likely about them.
    Now for the bad:
    The villain is absolutely ridiculous. The everfree forest? Really? I mean it's better than Nightmare Moon, or another sombra, but did they really make it the everfree forest? I mean one could say that it actually was Discord, since he planted the chaos seeds in the first place for them to cause this conundrum to happen, but it really wasn't him since he was trying to help. I think it would have been better if it was maybe the nightmare forces, or some evil species, or something else, but the everfree forest?
    Well, since the Everfree forest is now I Villian, I shall app him/her as a character in Canterlot Chronicles!
    All jokes aside, I'm also a bit confused about the way some of the characters handled things. I mean we know Applejack is smarter than the way she acted in this episode, yet she assumed the plants were weeds? Why did unicorn magic go on the fritz? I mean is that ever explained? It clearly wasn't a problem in Canterlot, so did you have to be close enough to ponyville to get it?
    Now other than that...I don't really have a problem with these episodes. In fact I really like these two and they may beat my favorite episodes of all time, which is the return of the elements of harmony. In fact I think it's safe to say that they are my favorite episodes so far. They were well written, fairly humorous, gave great callbacks, introduced us to quite the puzzle, and raised my hopes for season 4 immensely. This was amazing. With everything considered, this episode gets my reviewer rating of: 9.5! Now I await episode 3. This has been Neo Reviews, thanks for reading!

    "It was a busy night in ponyville, foals went door-to-door getting candy from folks, many ponies held events that other ponies would go to and enjoy, and there was a nice peace in the air. Yet...something didn't feel right. As I walked along, loving my visit from my friend, Aselia, I found that there was some masked tension in the air, and after joining what I believed to be Princess Twilight Sparkles' haunted house, I learned the horrifying truth, I was right. The Changelings had invaded the city of Ponyville, capturing many of it's citizens and parading around as them. They tricked us into doing horrible things, I was forced to partake in an illusion where my emotions would become sweets for the changelings to enjoy. I was forced to fight against my own friends, in order to live, and it took the power of many ponies, including my own will and wits, to survive. The scars will never heal, and I don't know when the nightmare's will stop, but I thank Celestia that my family, and I survived. If I had lost my brother or my sister...I fear to even think what I might do." -The diary of Time Spinner.
    You know what nightmare night shows is that somehow we can all get together and roleplay in a happy and joyful setting with no violence at all, and then the roleplay team can show up, take that happiness, beat it with sticks, and throw it off a cliff. Then they give us changelings and tell us to have fun. Which I did, by the way. Nightmare Night, at least to me, was a success and I loved every minute of it. There are things that could use a bit of tweaking here or there but perfect is over rated and I think the problems it does have are charming. Events like these are the reason I want to be on the event staff, it looked like so much fun to make and sponsor.
    So we'll start with the good, because it's the longest.
    Having a story like this, that affect threads all around is probably my favorite here. The fact that changelings drop upon us and causes the entire focus of the roleplay to change is very nice. I think it helps to the story that none of us knew so it was easier to convey feelings of surprise this way. However I do know that some users wished they could have used a notice that this was going to happen and that's fine. Maybe it would have helped to give a bit of notice. I for one think that the surprise was very nice, I loved not getting to know about this.
    The combat in the threads were very good to me. Not only did I like the way my characters fought back, but they were well written and it seemed like my characters could really work in there situations. I want to give an example just for show.
    Time Spinner was in Twilight's Terror Time. There we were put under an illusion to fight each other and feed the changeling with our emotions. Many characters went ahead with this, but Time Spinner didn't. See, Time is a thinker, he's not strong, he's not magically gifted, and he's not sneaky. This thread allowed the revised Time Spinner to do a lot of good. Since Time Spinner is a historian, he has to know as much as he can about everything. Luckily he knows about magic. Right when tentacles started to attack him, he learned that this was an illusion and he was able to fight back, not with strength but with intelligence. Eventually he even gave up on everything and started meditating to stop feeding the changeling because he didn't want to feed her anymore.
    It's things like these that really make characters I use to feel useful throughout the whole rp. However there were problems with Combat, and I'm going to explain those later.
    Now something that is similar to the story but I still loved is the connection. We were all connected due to the fact that we were in ponyville and that was interesting. Something that I wanted to see, that I hope perhaps the event staff will look into is the crossroads effect. For an example we're going to use obstacle course and terror time. So let's say in Obstacle course the cave took us down below ponyville and as we kept going we find ourselves directly under Twilight's house. Since the ponies are in Twilight's basement the two groups are very close but they don't ever cross each other's paths. Instead something that one does could cause something else to happen in the other. For example one of the ponies in the cave screams because they get scared. The scream gets loud enough that even the ponies upstairs hear it and because of this they each think they hear someone in their nightmare, so they have to react to it. This would cause interesting changes to the RP, so I think it might be a good suggestion.
    I loved how each thread was similar and yet different. The changelings did things that were similar to what the mane six would do, but they still acted out a bit, this made somethings noticeably different that anyone who has met the mane 6 before would think is odd. The only one who I think didn't act strange was rainbow dash. Minus the changeling cavern there was nothing that seemed different about her and I almost thought that when the changelings hit, Dashie would help us fight them off. Twilight was different since she threw us into the nightmare. Fluttershy acted different, not only with participating in Nightmare Night but also because she acted odd towards the cage of "Animals." Rarity gave some pretty odd remarks during the fashion show, and Applejack seemed really weird during her hayride. The only ones who seemed normal for their characters were Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow dash, but I didn't read all of Pinkie Pie's thread (Sorry Rosie.) so I don't know if she did act strange. (For her anyway.)
    The costumes for each character were pretty cool, and seemed to match their personality, this includes OC's. However some didn't match them on purpose and that did add to the charm of the event.
    I also enjoyed the crossing of Canterlot Chronicles and World of Equestria. Especially since Aselia was a really good character to play in this situation. I certainly enjoyed this version of the cross between RP types then the last one. I would love to see more of this.
    I could go on but due to the sake of this post, I'm just going to move on to some of the bads, but I only find two
    I am well aware that there was an OP problem that occurred. Now this can be a problem. I have seen countless times on all three of my roleplay sites. Now the only thing we can actually do to fix it is tell the person god-modding that they are doing that. Its helped with me, and its helped with others I've seen. A way to help prevent it is by writing down a set of skills that they can use, that goes along with their lore. However this can be a bit of a problem because sometimes you don't know if a power is too powerful. I'm getting side-tracked though. Combat could use an improvement and in fact a few ideas crossed my mind, such as using a dice roller. However most of my ideas were either too difficult to use, weren't possible, or were too complicated for me, and I don't want to suggest something I don't know how to use.
    I also found a problem with combat. Now we're going to use my four characters that really did things in the event, those being Time Spinner, Aselia, Octavia, and Gadget.
    The girls were the easy ones:
    Aselia was built with combat in mind, and because of this she didn't have that much difficulty to do battle. So she was already done.
    Octavia's costume was a book that was basically a ponified version of assassin's creed, so most of her weapons were bows and her own hooves. Though she didn't get into much combat.
    Then there were the guys:
    Time Spinner was easy, because he wasn't really in combat. He was placed in an illusion where all he had to was get slapped with a fish. (By the way, that needs to be a thing from now on.)
    Gadget was the one with the most difficulty, his wing was injured during the RP so he couldn't do anything with flight, he wasn't a unicorn so he could use magic, and he wasn't really a strength character. In his Canterlot Chronicles app he will be using his gadgets as weapons, but for this RP I found it to be a bit of rubbish for him to do that. (Huh, never used a British word before.) Most of his combat in the RP was moving things, including a knocked out Flash Sentry, a crowbar, and a cage.
    Now maybe others found other problems but this review is from my experiences and I didn't find many problems in my adventures. (Well none from others, I probably caused a bunch of problems at the start with my two characters in a thread a first and my misreading of some of the other posts.)
    So then, we come down with tons of really good things in this event and a few bad. Now like I said, I really like Nightmare Night, it was fun, creative, interesting, and very nicely done. I made me want to be on the event team and I tip my hat to you all. (Whoever you all are.) Now then, it needs a bit of work, but its far from being bad, really far off. So now, with everything that I can come up with, with all of my experiences laid on the table, and almost all of the roleplays finished, I give the Canterlot event: Nightmare Night 2013, my reviewer rating of 9/10.     So once upon a time in the year 1942, DIo invented the lightbulb but it wasn't called the lightbulb at first, it was called Nightmare night! What Dio didn't know was that lurking in the shadows of the run down motel complex that he called his lab was the dastardly Ruler of Equestria! We all know her as Rosewind now, though. Anyway, Rosewind was an evil genius and decided to write down Nightmare night and everything about it so she could steal it and sell it for ONE MILLION DOLLARS...in play money that is. However Rosewind wrote down a storyline involving the yet to be created mane 6, a bunch of OC's, and changelings which had also yet to be invented. She hide the book on the ancient haunted castle that Canterlot was built on and it was never seen again.
    Until 2012 when the event team found the book and started to take the story into their own hands...or hooves. I'm not sure if the event staff is comprised of ponies or humans. Anyway, it worked and Nightmare Night came to be! Which is really odd considering you'd think that Rosewind would remember that and she probably did but when Steeleagle promised to have me get hit by a fish somehow, Rosewind said it was okay.
    Also there was this guy named Phil who was a time wizard and he was cool guy, and one time we were all hanging out in a lab and he pushed a button and exploded. It's okay though cause he came back as Raridash the white, which was also a good time, but then he kinda turned evil and said he was going to eat our emotions. Which I told him to eat a snickers to get ahold of himself but he said he preferred laughter and went on to do evil things.
    Anyways, so Nightmare night actually happened and it started out fun, except Colgate just wanted to give out floss and no pony wanted floss so she turned into a changeling and attacked, along with a bunch of other changelings, so that wasn't good. Most of our characters got trapped in really weird places and some even joined a rebellion led by a rhyming Zebra, so that's a thing. Anyways most of us are just sitting there for a while, wondering what to do with our lives and we get eaten by Queen Chrysalis AKA Raridash the White AKA Phil the Time Wizard. So Rosewind AKA Pinkimena AKA Pinkie Pie started laughing and told us all to press this button, in a really weird lab that I think Chrysalis ate, which we did. So we all exploded except none of us did and we just kinda teleported home. Then the next day someone said I couldn't make a dishwasher that cleans dishes with wubs and I was all like "Moon that, I'm NeoExlucky!" So I made a dishwasher that cleans dishes with wubs but the Octavia in me said no, so I beat the dishwasher that cleans dishes with wubs with a hammer. Afterwards QuickLime had me eat a piece of candy that was filled with chocolate and I died.
    So if there's anything I've learned from this, it's 'don't use a sock to climb a mountain to get the apple.'
    And that's how Nightmare Night 2013 happened (in my head)

    Hey there Everybody, Neo here! Time Spinner's sick so I said I'd take over and boy is this one big! This is a thank you to everybody who helped me in my RolePlay life. This was done in a random order and the amount of people is large so if I miss you I'm so sorry! I know that as time goes on their might be more people to thank so if I miss you here, you'll probably be in the next one. So let's get started.
    QuickLime is someone who has helped me almost since the beginning. She helped me with my first App of Time Spinner in Crossovers and ever since I have been a fan. From creating characters to the blogs that she writes, she always does something that I never regret reading. She also inspired me to write this article and is someone I look up to in the community. We both share the fact that both our usernames have two Capital letters in them. She always loves to help others and is really good at it. It's something I would love to do in the community. Plus one of my favorite animals is a raven which she's the queen of.
    StarSwirl is next on the list. Starswirl helped with the creation of Time 2.0 and never once got frustrated. He loves science (Like I do.) and is someone who I know if I ever have a question about the community I can ask him. Star Swirl caught on to the Samurai Jack references that are in Time's Backstory that no one else brought up. He's really good at what he does and his avatar picture always makes me laugh.
    StarStorm also helped with Time 2.0 and is someone I have roleplayed with. Her characters or scamps as she calls them have always been very good and even provided a Love interest for my character: Pocket Watch, despite all the love triangles going on in the RP. It was also one of my favorites though Left Behind was never finished.
    Rosewind is someone that I'm sure has no idea who I am but I'm thanking anyways. She's always doing so much for us and is the admin I see all the time, everywhere I go. She's also I hear a really good friend and seems like someone I would love to RP with but she might get frustrated with a newbie like me.
    QueenChrysalis747 is someone I've roleplayed with for a long time. He does a really good job as Chrysalis or Liesha in our latest RP. I love the character and he's not bad at Roleplaying either. All through out our time he taught me about redemption of characters, something I may decide to use in my next RP. If I remember correctly he also took part in my first RP Hearts and hooves day.
    Quillhart was a user who I don't know the fate of. He also took part in Hearts and hooves day but I don't know if he is still on Canterlot anymore. I haven't heard from him in a while but he did get me to start on my youtube channel and I will never regret it.
    Lovinity is someone who is supposed to be lower on the list but I put her up here since I also don't know her fate. She may be somehwhere else but I have not seen her in a while. She made Hearts and hooves day and if it wasn't for that RP I may not have been on Canterlot for as long as I have been.
    Saronyx is a newcomer to my group of thanks that I wasn't sure would make it but his portrayal of Shimmer and Velocity were simply outstanding, and according to the legacy timeline, Time Spinner is engaged to Shimmer. He did a very good job with these characters and I think I can call him a friend out of this group of misfits we are!
    I couldn't forget my friend Frosty, the artist of my Profile pic and a great person I have known. Whether she's going through hard times or not she is an amazing friend and I enjoy RPing with her, she's also the voice actor for Swift Blitz!
    ShadowBolt is another friend of mine who does a really good job RPing and voice acting. While being the voice of Deity he is also a good friend of mine and has an amazing accent. He is someone who helped me a lot with Destiny, which still has not been released...I need to find more voice actors...
    |||D3LTA||| is one more that has done a lot. Whether he's RPing as the artist Silver Star or as the photographer of the wonderbolts, Angelsnapp, he does a really good of it. He's someone who has done a lot and has been their since the beginning.
    FrostFauna is another one who did a really good job of all the cutie marks in the heroes of the legacy bar below, except Time's. He is a good friend of mine and the only other one besides Frosty to give me a cutie mark. Actually he gave me 3 of them! He's a great artist of Cutie Marks.
    Now the last one wasn't on the randomizer, I decided to save him for the end because I really do think he's a good friend, probably the best friend I've had here on Canterlot. His name is Daboom444. While also being their form the beginning of Hearts and hooves day he also is a sweet roleplayer and was the first person to tell me that I was doing this whole Roleplaying thing right. He's made the academy series which tugged the Legacy storyline right along and caused a lot of good things to happen. He's a great RolePlayer and is one of the best people I've met here, though your all great.
    These are the people I have to thank but I'm not done yet. You, yes you reading this I also have to thank. If you weren't reading this then I don;t know if any of this would happen.     One thing that I do love about wiki pages is that you can really flesh out a character. I learned this a while ago after Neo had joined the Sonic fannon wiki and started working on characters in that universe. As well as serious character development but we may talk about that later. While the Character Apps that Canterlot has for us are good, I just feel like it's missing something but I can't figure out what...Anyways I fell in love with how it worked and all the lights, sparkles, the razzle dazzle, all that kind of Jazz. So here we go...I made myself a wiki page! Over on the My Little Pony wiki, which also has RolePlays, (Canterlot implements them better!) I made the Time Spinner page. This is for anyone who wants to know the exact moments of me! However when Neo sorts the RolePlays he sometimes has the backstory changed a bit. Here's the link!

    Bridle gossip goes down as a personal favorite of mine. This episode introduces us two important characters, Has good animation, great writing, hilarious gags and evil enchantress. Let's get started.
    Okay the animation of Pinkie's eyes in this episode as well as the effects of the poison joke are really good. The writing was quite unexpected in certain places and was very good. The song from both Pinkie pie and Fluttershy is amazing. I love the song and I enjoy the lyrics a lot. The gags of the poison joke were really good and I loved all of them. Fluttershy's being my favorite. Before we get to the characters I do want to say that this is where Pinkie pie starts to get less annoying for me so Yay! Anyway this is the episode where we are truly introduced to Applebloom and Zecora. Applebloom here doesn't truly act like herself in some future episodes but I don't think she was truly planned for so many future episodes. Zecora on the other hand is amazing and she's even used in the next episode. They both are really good characters and though I enjoy one over the other they were executed beautifully in this episode.     Griffion the brush-off is a good episode to me. Not only does it show some of the bonds our friends have made, (In this case pinkie and Dashie.) but it also has some good humor to it and some fairly good writing.
    So let's start with the episode as a whole. I would give it about a B. Like last episode the animation is good but nothing to special. We are introduced to yet another creature in the world of Equestrian, that being the griffion. This episode also shows us a few other things such as Rainbow's love for pranks which we see again in luna eclipsed. Pinkie pie is just being Pinkie pie here and part of me wishes she didn't act like that here but I digress. Rainbow acts the way I think she would have acted which is good and the whole moral here is something that I think would happen to some kids. I'd also like to point out the way Gilda acts in this episode is something I would have loved to see Babs act in one bad apple but I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there. On another note this is the episode where Fluttershy becomes my favorite, even though she isn't even part of the episode. When Gilda starts yelling at her, that really reminded me of when I was bullied in elementary school, which somehow ended up with Fluttershy becoming a favorite of mine. Plus her adorableness that makes my heart explode twice adds to this. Another thing that might be interesting is if they brought Gilda back in season 4. They brought Trixie back and made her a friend but I think if we got Gilda back it might be a bit interesting. The only real problem I ever have here is the animation not being too spectacular and one other little thing, the party. Why was the party there at all? I know it's pinkie pie but why would she throw a party for Gilda when she was being mean to her and Fluttershy? I know it was to end the episode but maybe it could have ended in a different place without the party. The episode overall is a watch as I feel like the episode is missing something that future episodes had. I defiantly wouldn't put this in a list of favorite but it's not a bad episode.     History ladies and gentlecolts. This is what we have here. I might be a bit biased when it comes to this episode because of how much it changed my life but here we go. I love this episode. If not for the plot then for the characters as a whole. The animation looks good, the voice acting is great, and the writing is good. This is a nice episode that I'm sure almost every brony/pegasister loves. I am no exception. There are a few things I do find a few things that seem to be problems. For one, applejack. When Applejack told Twilight she was going to let go, to be exact. That isn't honesty and I don't know why Twilight would consider it that. I feel that is more trust than honesty but that's not the point. Why wouldn't applejack just tell her that rainbow dash and fluttershy were going to catch her? It would still be honesty on her part. It should also be noted that at this time the only pony I liked was Twilight. I feel like this episode also makes some of the characters seem stupid. When Rainbow cleared the clouds, how could she not tell Twilight was playing with her pride? Seriously my little sister who's three know that was happening. Luckily later on down the road RD doesn't seem so stupid. Also pinkie pie for the entire episode seems high. Rarity seems...I don't know. All I know is that I didn't start to like her till a dog and pony show. Fluttershy really doesn't do anything that makes me start to like her a lot as well as Applejack. There is also no subtly here! When Twilight reads off the elements of harmony they show each pony corresponding elements. Not to mention each pony practically says their element while in the forest. All I want is a bit of subtly here. *Goes off and cries in the corner for 15 minutes.* Anyways I still love the episodes and they are one of my favorite episodes of the entire series.     I know a lot of people have done this but I think I'm going to do this. There are moments of boredom I have and I really want to rewatch the entire show so...why not? I don't know. Expect the review of episode 1+2 season 1 of Mlp possibly tomorrow. Not much else to say...Waffles.

    I'm pretty sad today. I was all fine earlier but then I was watching a video on youtube and one of the links in the description made me all depressed.

    As Time has said I am an avid gamer and pokemon was one of the first games I played. After reading these I got seriously depressed and started crying. Mostly because both Ash grew up without a father and I had a few of these moments with both of my parents. The one where he yells at his mum in front of his friends really got me because I did the same thing to my mum when she said she was dating my now stepfather. They are really good and they all made me remember moments from my younger years. I'm going to go cry a bit more...

    (Warning: You are about to read something written by the pony; Time Spinner. This is Important. XD)
    So with Neo really bored we have only one option of things to do. Well technically there's a lot of things but this one is our favorite, Gaming. While going around the brony community we have seen a lot of things. A lot of the time Bronies and gaming are connected. While there are other things like Music, animation, and hipsterness, Bronies seem to enjoy gaming a lot. So in this blog today we are going to talk about Gaming, our history of games, and even some games Neo put me in! So let's start with the big three companies, Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony.
    Sony: I do much with sony. Neo used to love the PS2 and all it's games like Romancing saga, Radiata stories, soul caliber, and Neo's favorites Kingdom hearts 1 and 2. However when push came to shove for the PS3...we didn't buy it. Honestly Neo had an older brother who had an xbox 360 so we really never thought about a PS3. It just wasn't all that appealing until later when Kingdom hearts 1.5 was announced. (That is going to be so awesome We have to buy a PS3 for it...unless it's for PS4.) I never really cared for the PS3 and all it's stuff. I was still waiting on Kingdom hearts, which was released over to Ninendo!
    Nintendo: Mario, Legend of zelda, pokemon, metroid, oh and my childhood. Nintendo started making games just in time for me to play them. Neo still remembers the first time Neo walked into the great deku tree in Ocarina of Time and the first Time he finished a castle in Mario just to get the infamous 'Thanks, but our princess is in another castle.' Nintendo holds plenty of memories that Neo will never forget...but WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM NOW!!!!!!! That is mainly for kingdom hearts. Neo played re: chain of memories but then after My DS broke and Neo said we didn't want another one, boom. All these Kingdom hearts games come out for it. Also while I do enjoy Ocarina of Time 3D, why does anyone need hints? Especially in the original and not in masterquest. Then there a few things here and there but most aren't that bad. Hopefully Neo will get a 3DS and then we can play all those games again. (Neo played Ocarina of Time on his Brothers 3DS.)
    Microsoft: A little tidbit, Neo's first FPS was Halo. We normally play that since we do own an Xbox 360. Borderlands 2, Halo 4, Resident evil, Assassin's creed 3, Sonic generations, and a few others. You may have noticed I didn't say black ops 2, that wasn't a mistake, Neo and I both HATE black ops 2. We'll get into that later though. (We also don't enjoy battlefield.) There really isn't much else I can say about that. I mean I could talk about some of the older games we played like Mirror's edge or Left 4 dead, but there isn't much to talk about.
    Gaming in general: I've been a gamer for most of my life and I always get excited when a new game is announced that looks good. (Still waiting on Dragon age 3. *sigh*) Remakes of my old favorite games also are exciting too, like when new super mario bros. was announced. Overall I'd say I've played my fair share of games and I enjoy plenty of them. I also like pony games as well such as Mlp rpg or the very much anticipated my little investigations. Games just interest me so much! (Though there hard to play with hooves...) Now here's a question what is your favorite game? Oh but look at me sounding like an attention wanting girl on facebook.     Hello weary traveler, why don't you sit around my comforting campfire, I'll spin you a tale from my collection of odd stories and offer you some hot chocolate as we begin. Now then are you all settled? Are you comfortable with where you sitting? If not take a chance to get comfy, and we can begin. Now let's see...what story do I pick...Ah, let's talk about the internet aether. Now the internet aether is an enchanting story that can get a bit complicated, so keep your wits about you. Now then, let's begin.
    A long time ago, about one and a half years, there was a boy. His name was NeoExlucky. NeoExlucky was fairly interesting boy, with too much time on his hands and an odd obsession with writing stories. He enjoyed the works of many authors and once had a dream of becoming one. Alas he lost his desire to become a writer and instead focused on other things in life. However one thing seemed to spark his creativity, something so odd that he had to keep it hidden that he watched this from judging eyes. This thing was My Little Pony. Now due to the nature of this site, I'm sure that doesn't seem so strange to you. After all for you to be here says much of your tales and experiences. Anyways, NeoExlucky had always found creativity when watching the show, he found many interesting bits of information that he felt he could expand upon. This started a series of unpublished tales and the creation of a character that would cause some problems for him. NeoExlucky soon invented a character inside of his mind that starred in many of his stories. This character's name changed a lot during this time, along with several other features and traits about him but this character would soon be known as Time Spinner. NeoExlucky's stories started to be fairly reasonable but began to get odder with every tale he finished. Eventually he had a series of stories to tell and he wanted a way to share it with others who enjoyed My Little Pony. So he found Fimfiction, a website where anyone could post stories about anything and this was where NeoExlucky posted his story called My Little OC: Time Spinner. He was very proud of this story, in his mind he thought that everything about it was perfect. In reality though, it was one of the worst stories he had ever written. It was met with mockery and scorn from the eyes he once thought were un-judging. He became very upset with the reviews his story got and he deleted the story off of FIMfiction and trashed Time Spinner. He was furious, blaming the character for his mistakes and problems in the story. Every piece of evidence that Time Spinner ever existed was deleted from his computer, and NeoExlucky hoped to never see anything about him again.
    Over the course of three weeks, his emotions changed from anger to sadness as when he deleted Time Spinner, he deleted a piece of himself. Time Spinner held a piece of him, much larger than that of any character he has now, with two exceptions but we'll get there soon. NeoExlucky didn't know what to do with himself, he wanted to bring Time Spinner back but everything about him was deleted. One would think that NeoExlucky would remember those things but he suffered from terrible memory and only remembered bits and pieces of things. If he was to bring Time Spinner back, it would be a new one, in a place he hoped no one would know who he was. Of course he didn't know where that was, or where to find anything like that.
    NeoExlucky had all but given up on Time Spinner, picking up the pieces he had from his memory and trying to flesh out more detail in him. At one point he came across something magical, the pony generator. To actually see his character was a true gift for him, as he had only written down details of what Time Spinner looked like. He got to work, and quickly picked up how to use the pony generator. In no time at all he had created the Alicorn, Time Spinner. He looked at his character with a happy smile, glad to see something so great...until he decided that the wings might be a problem. NeoExlucky had read stories of Alicorn characters that were met with bad reviews, and it was through this fear that NeoExlucky dropped the wings. Time Spinner was finished. NeoExlucky used a snipping tool to cut Time Spinner out and edit him a bit in Paint, when a strange message came up, like an error message. This message was different though, it asked him "Do you want to join the internet aether?" This strange sort of made him ponder what it could have been. Maybe it was some virus or maybe the computer was just acting up. Still the internet aether seemed like an interesting place and it was with a click of the mouse that brought this whole story into proportion. As NeoExlucky clicked yes, something happened with a large TV he kept in his room. It didn't work, it wasn't even brought in, but it started to flicker and lights started to appear in a swirling motion over the screen. It got brighter and brighter until Plop, a grey unicorn, with a wine red mane and black glasses fell out of the screen. It stood still for a few minutes before it got up and looked around at the unkempt room, then to NeoExlucky, who proceeded to scream in astonisment.
    "Who- who are you?" NeoExlucky asked.
    "My name is Time Spinner, I'm your character, Celetisa your room's a mess. Seriously you should take better care of your things." The unicorn scolded.
    "Wha-how...what!?"
    Time Spinner merely rolled his eyes. "You joined the internet aether, when you do that you need a character to use from there. That's me."
    "Bu-...why?"
    So Time Spinner told him the ways of the internet aether, how only other internet aether users could see his character, how there was an internet aether room where he could create more characters, and that he could explore the internet when he was inside the aether. One of the best things was his watch. Most internet aether users had some type of object from aether to use with his or her characters, and NeoExlucky's was a watch. While wearing the watch, NeoExlucky could snap his fingers and say the name of a character to let that character's powers flow into him. He could utilize the magic Time Spinner had, but he also had to deal with having the personality, the restrictions, and the responsibilities of Time Spinner. This was only one of the blessings of being a user of the Internet aether, while he was exploring, NeoExlucky found a golden city known as Canterlot, where other internet aether users met with their characters to interact with one another.
    Through this city, NeoExlucky created a vast list of characters, from villains to siblings and everything in between. He even found other cities like it where he created other character from other franchises. Places like the wikia city and Realms of Hyrule. While he created interesting characters, none of them really had much of an interesting character story, and none of them were as close to NeoExlucky as Time Spinner was. That is until Aselia was created. Now there is another user on this site name QuickLime, who wanted to start a band of pirates for the new roleplay type: Canterlot Chronicles. When NeoExlucky found this he quickly got to work on a version of Time Spinner for this but soon it changed to a new charater named Aselia. Aselia changed just as much as Time Spinner did. She started out as a thief and changed into a scholar with a knack for potion making and though Aselia never made it as a pirate, NeoExlucky felt very close to Aselia. He worked very hard on her and he loved the character he created. She was similar to Time Spinner by being a smart unicorn but she had a bit of sass to her and her story was not as...boring as Time Spinner's. She become one of the lead characters in NeoExlucky's arsenal of characters and developed a sibling bond with Time Spinnner.
    Then there came the most recent character into NeoExlucky's possession, Octavia Melody. After an attempt at a certain cast character, NeoExlucky was wanted to try for a new character who was part of the cast, and after a long time of angst, worry, anxiety, and excitement, Octavia was given to NeoExlucky. She was an interesting character in the fact that she was always Prim and Proper. Time Spinner, held such an odd personality and Aselia held a sassy genius personality that this was a bit of a change, but one that NeoExlucky was glad to have. With all of these characters NeoExlucky created a group called the leading three, the leaders of his characters, Octavia lead the World of Equestria characters, Aselia lead the Canterlot Chronicles characters, and Time Spinner lead the Free for all characters. These were his favorite characters he had ever had a hand in creating and with all of these things that had happened to him, he was glad that he had failed in writing stories, for if he hadn't he may never have found Canterlot or gotten any of these characters.
    So you see traveler, the internet aether is a very confusing place, but when it comes to you, it can lead you to magical places filled with adventure and experiences just ripe for the picking. You must be the one to take the first step into it and when you come to the ledge of adventure, do not be afraid to leap.
