Does anyone know any free, easy-to-learn-and-use animation software for Windows? I have Pencil 2D (which works), and Synfig (which does not work. Too hard). I'm trying to make an animation for a project

Free animation software always have a catch/problem and are hard to come by, so keep that in mind.
Take a look at this article for some reference, some of which you have are already in here (Which may likely mean you're kinda stuck with them):

(This is regardless to what you're simply asking about for your project) If you truly want to animate as a profession, buy the real stuff. These free animation software will not give you the best experience or the most promising solution to bring out your full potential. Harmony Essentials is a great tool (I'm sure you may have heard of it before), and so is Adobe Animate. Personally, I would suggest Harmony, because people have said great things about using this when they started using this as beginners.
That's all I have to say in this matter.

Such a cute name~ This is the second legitimate piece of artwork that I've created with my tablet, so cheers to me for not creating a Frankenstein. I messed up the "Rin" writing part a little, but any artist out there would no how difficult it is adjusting to a tablet . Yeah...a lot of the artists developed their talent via the fandom, then began to explore other routes and many have left the fandom-pursuing a musical career in original works...~

Well, they say they are pursuing a musical career, when many of them should realize that they're good, but still not good enough to even make it on to an online promotion channel with over a few thousand subscribers.
Some people do have what it takes though. You'll find that a lot of previous brony musicians get releases on Funky Panda under different aliases, or even the same in cases such as Silva Hound.
Then there's one of my favorites: evidence points to Elspongie becoming Laszlo. Not 100% confirmed, but more than likely.

Hey guys, sorry for the absence of rp replies (both on here and Skype). Life got a lot busier than expected in these past weeks, and I'm been putting forth delay after delay notification. At this point, I'm not going to make any more excuses for myself: If you're tired of waiting (which you might have to do a bit more of), you can call the rp closed/dead/inactive if it's a 2-player thing. If it's a group rp and you just can't wait anymore, you can kick me out of the rp (with no hard feelings whatsoever). So...yeah! If you intend to do any of the above, just drop me a pm or reply below :). No hard feelings, I thoroughly understand the feeling of impatience-and it's perfectly fine if you decide to resolve the rp. If not, you're going to have to wait. For around one more week (I have a lot of free time for rp after next week). Yeah. So...feel free to state your decision below :). Cheerio!
