    "Okay, well, you'll have a moment to rest. It'll take me a few to gain altitude for a good dive." With that, Parhelion stretched his wide wings, took a short trot, and flapped heavily away. He labored upward, until suddenly he banked to the left; after that his wings stretched out and he began moving up in a slow, steady spiral, wings unmoving. He rose until he became a speck, and then vanished.

    Oh my goodness. The facial expression says so much about the character. Combined with the outfit--the oversized floppy hat!--one can se there is a story here. Beautiful work. Me like!

    Very nice. I like the line weighting and the use of color here. The cutie mark is also of a slightly different style to that typically seen on the show, and this is a good thing, especially as it's well done. Me like!

    First of all, I love the name. Secondly, I like this style: it almost looks like it was done on "Brushes" for the iPad, which gives a great done-with-the-hands look. The colors are chosen well, and the expression comes through clearly. Me like!

    Good clean style and nice use of colors to create a look much like the show but just slightly personalized. The expression of intent study clearl conveys his interest, and the choice of symbol on the book makes its subject matter clear. Me like!
