    Considering that Celestia has the Summer Sun Celebration presumably on the Summer Solstice, does Luna insist on having a Winter Lunar Festival on the Winter Solstice? If so, do ponies actually celebrate that?

      Makes sanse why thete would be one, but after her banishment, it was most likely forgoten since Luna was no there to celebrate it. So I would say there was one, but no any longer
