As far as I can remember spider wasps don't care much for humans and are generally nonaggressive unless you provoke them... Now... Paper wasps and yellowjackets... Those guys are jerks...

So, with making podcasts/ videos, is a gaming headphone like say one by Turtle Beach a good option?

Turtle beach is never a good option. Honestly I'd just get a Blue Snowball, and use your speakers or the headphones you already have.

Oh and for the sake of recommending it because it is a main stay of all anime recs... Cowboy Bebop. And while we're at it you should also watch Rurouni Kenshin (finishing the Shishio arc is enough), Outlaw Star and Trigun are also common recommendations.

Japan hasn't made many LA animated movies. It is always other countries (mainly China and America). I think the only one that I saw in recent memory (for TV shows) was Kenshin. Which looked good, but was less Kenshin and more red haired samurai movie, with a vaguely kenshinish plot with the same characters.
