Seriously though, Neighpon and Long Kong are relatively so close to each other that I don't think it really matters. There are more OCs based in Long Kong than in Polohoma, though whether they're actually active or not is a different matter.

Well I was thinking about starting/ joining an thread in one of those two. Thanks to the direction I took with Squall I have better excuse to put him overseas then ever.

Well I currently know of two open RPs at the moment - one set in Long Kong in Aunt Ci's shop, the other I just started in a floating village nearby Polohama. So there's that choice, lulz.

Again, there are more OCs based in Long Kong than in Polohama, but the amount is almost the same in Long Guo and Neighpon as a whole (and really, it doesn't take much thinking to give a character an excuse to be somewhere else). So I suppose it just depends on which interests you more!
