It's a subgenre of metal that basically combines melodic metal with hardcore punk. Some bands are actually very talented, but the subgenre has churned out pretty bland and generic bands in recent years.

Examples are Trivium, Killswitch Engage, All That Remains, etc.

Yeah, honestly, crutches for a sprain, even a bad one, is silly. A stirrup support is just as effective and allows for greater mobility so long as you don't overexert... I don't think I've ever used crutches and I've injured myself in every which way, just short of breaking my ankle or a main bone in my foot (I have broken toes before)

Even though it's still hard to walk, I've found myself moving easier without them than with them. I think a brace is the better option.

Went through the McDonalds drive-thru today and apparantly they're selling FiM toys in the kids meals. There was a picture of Twilight Sparkle with a Cadence colored mane and Cadence styled wings. Fail, McDonalds. Fail.
