I love writing, it's what I do in my down time when not lurking on the IRC or the forums...and when that muse gets rolling, there's no telling what comes out until it's done!

I'd have to say the element of patience. I tend to want to see things through, help people, and let things slide in a peaceful manner. I also try to give folks an air of encouragement to help lead them in a good direction, even if a situation is difficult.
