To the fellow artists out there: How can I make my lines more fluid and less fractured? I find this is one of my biggest issues drawing digitally.

Do you draw with vector or raster? Vector drawings will almost always appear smoother then a raster drawing due to it's no-pixel rule.

A tablet is a must for smoother lines, but if you don't have one (or even if you do), try using art programs that come with Pen Correction tools. Paint Tool SAI and FIreAlpaca are two such art programs (SAI is better/more advanced, but I think it costs money. I use FireAlpaca).

I use a Wacom tablet and Fire Alpaca which I use draws using Vector graphics.
