Chamrosh should actually be a bird/dog hybrid (they're griffons with dog back halves instead of cat). As for a cat/pony, there really isn't anything like that on our approved species list; there are hippogriffs, which are half pony and half griffon, but they take the bird characteristics from their griffon side rather than the cat.

well typically speaking you could make a character like that but you'll only be able to it in FFA
