She has her own succesful grimdark fan fiction, a silent hill pony adaption based on her linked both with slenderman and cupcakes-ok..the writting was god awful but it was a fan fic-and she is the king of partying and randomly makes up songs. Considering that most ponies (other than Twilight) sleeps at night. It is safe to assume that, to most, if not all ponies, Celestia is the one true ruler of Equestria. Because as much as I like RD, I doubt that she could stay interested long enough to do anyhting after those initial 10 seconds.
