Yes, an RP certified character may start threads, and one needs to have at least one accepted character in WoE or CC to become certified. You should have one; I'll check up on your status.

I don't think so. Actually, I don't think you could even if you wanted to. But when your app gets accepted and you get 'RP Certified' then you can post away!

Yep, what Hawkeye said. Once you have a character app approved in CC, you can post with that character in CC. Once you have a character app approved for WoE. you can post in WoE or CC.

Hello y'all, Just another fellow brony here, with a lot of pony love! My full name is Lyipheoryia (lie-i-for-ore-ia) Stertlings, but most just call me Lyi. I'm still kind of new here, and can use all the help I can get. I usually spend my time reading and writing fanfiction, and have been reading forums for a looong time.
